Taking pepper"Layou 13"as test material,the occurrence regularity of pepper seedling blight common disease under tidal irrigation mode was preliminarily summarized,the effect of multiple sterilization methods combined to control blight was studied,and the green,ecological,economic and effective prevention and control measures were explored.The main research results are as follows:1.In the experiment on the influence of different irrigation methods on the occurrence of blight,it was found that on the 15th day after inoculation,the incidence of tidal irrigation treatment was 100.0%,and the average daily increase was 6.67%.The incidence rate of top irrigation treatment was 92.36%,and the average daily increase rate was 6.16%.The incidence of floating irrigation was 100.0%,and the average daily increase was 6.67%.The incidence rate of tidal irrigation and pesticide control was 17.01%,and the average daily increase rate was 1.80%.The results showed that the disease was characterized by rapid spread,high incidence and severe disease in tidal irrigation system.Within 6 days,the incidence was 40.62%,15 days later,the incidence was 100%,the disease index was 74.48,resulting in devastating loss of pepper seedlings.2.In the experiment of pepper seedling growth with different control agents,it was found that on the 15th day after inoculation,the incidence rate of methyl thiobacillam treatment was 27.43%,and the average daily increase rate was 1.83%.The incidence rate was 26.74%and the average daily increase rate was 1.78%.The incidence rate of bacillus subtilis treatment was 32.99%,and the average daily increase rate was 2.20%.The incidence of trichoderma harziana was 30.56%,and the average daily increase was 2.04%.The incidence rate of compound biocontrol was 26.04%and the average daily increase rate was 1.74%.The control rate was 80.54%and the seedling index was 0.0544.The control rate of fumei dual treatment was 81.47%,and the seedling index was 0.0547.The control rate of bacillus subtilis treatment was 77.16%,and the seedling index was 0.0781.The control rate of Trichoderma harziana was 78.21%and the seedling index was 0.0797.The control rate of compound biocontrol treatment was 82.75%and the seedling index was 0.0835.The control rate and seedling index of compound biocontrol bacteria treatment were the highest,indicating that compound biocontrol bacteria could replace chemical pesticides in the control of pepper seedling blight.3.In the single factor control test of pepper seedling blight,the disease index of 90m J/cm~2 treatment was 27.60 and the prevention rate was 62.68%,while the disease index of 110m J/cm~2 treatment was 27.43 and the prevention rate was 62.91%,the difference was not significant.Considering the use cost,production safety and other factors,The optimum uv irradiation intensity of 90m J/cm~2 was determined.The disease index of 35g/h ozone aeration treatment was 33.51,the prevention rate was 54.69%,the disease index of 45g/h ozone aeration treatment was 32.20,the prevention rate was 56.46%,the difference was not significant.35g/h is determined as the most suitable concentration of ozone aeration considering the cost and safety of production.The disease index was 10.33,the prevention rate was 86.03%,and the seedling index was 0.1070.The disease index was 12.76,the prevention rate was 82.75%,and the seedling index was 0.0914 under the treatment of 20g/L,so 15g/L was determined as the most suitable concentration of compound biocontrol bacteria.4.In the joint prevention and control measures to prevent and control chili seedling blight experiment,determine since chili seedling stage,use the containing composite bio-control bacteria(fermentation nutrient solution concentration of 15 g/L)for irrigation,to ultraviolet radiation,ozone,ultraviolet radiation intensity:90 m J/cm~2,aeration of ozone concentration:35 g/h)sterilization equipment to secondary sterilization of nutrient solution,the disease indexwas 2.43,the control rate was 96.71%,and the seedling index was 0.1412.It was an economical,efficient and thorough control method.It is suggested to popularize and apply in actual production.
