Abstract/Summary:
RRice is one of the most important food crops in the world.At present,with the improvement of people’s quality of life and living standards,we have higher and higher requirements for rice quality,and the demand for high-quality rice is sharply increasing.However,due to cultivation techniques and other reasons,the yield of high-quality rice is low,which is difficult to meet the demand of consumers.In this study,the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of high-quality hybrid rice ’longjingyou 1’ under rice oil rotation mode,the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during growth,and the expression of rice grain number per panicle related genes(Nog1)and photosynthesis related genes(PGL)were analyzed by spraying micro fertilizer(selenium rich fertilizer,silicon fertilizer)and Brassinolide on the leaves,Finally,the best yield under different treatments was selected for metabonomic analysis in order to explore the internal causes.The relevant results are as follows:1.The chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and enzyme activity of spraying different foliar fertilizers and brassinolide were higher than CK,and the MDA content was lower than CK.The chlorophyll content of Si+BR treatment was better than that of tillering stage,and the chlorophyll content was the highest except grain filling stage;At booting stage,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,SOD activity and CAT activity of Si+BR treatment;At heading stage,the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,MDA content,POD activity,SOD activity and CAT activity of Si+BR treatment were the highest;At maturity,the chlorophyll content,POD activity and MDA content of Si+BR treatment were the highest,and the difference between treatments was more than significant level(P < 0.005).2.Spraying different foliar fertilizers and brassinolide increased the yield of rice,and the yield increase effect of Se fertilizer treatment was the best.The yield comparison of each treatment was Si+BR>BR>Se+BR>Si+Se+BR>Se>Si>Si+Se>CK.In the appearance quality of rice,the transparency of rice treated with BR,Si,Si+BR and Se+BR was better than that treated with Se,Si+Se+BR,Si+Se and CK.In cooking quality,the gel consistency of Si+BR treatment and the amylose content of Se + BR treatment were higher than CK.3.When spraying different foliar fertilizers and brassinolide,PGL and Nog1 gene expression were higher than CK at tillering stage;At booting stage,the expression of PGL gene was the highest in BR treated leaves(0.96 times),and the expression of Nog1 gene was higher in Si + BR and Si treated leaves(2.29 times and 3.34 times,respectively);At heading stage,the expression of PGL gene was the highest(1.58 times)in Si + br treated leaves,and the expression of Nog1 gene was the highest(2.22 times)in Si + br treated leaves;At the filling stage,the expression of PGL gene was the highest(0.693)in Si + br treatment,the expression of Nog1 gene in Si + br treatment was higher than CK(1.13),and the expression of other treatments was lower than CK;At maturity,the expression of PGL gene in SE + br treatment was the highest(1.53 times),the expression of Nog1 gene in all treatments was higher than CK,and the expression in BR and Se + br treatment was 3.85 and 3.29 times higher than CK,respectively.The difference of relative expression among the above treatments was significant(P < 0.05).4.The rice grain samples treated with Si+BR and CK were analyzed by metabonomics.A total of 34 differential metabolites(22 positive ion differential metabolites and 12 negative ion differential metabolites)were screened.Among the samples treated with Si+BR,33 differential metabolites were significantly higher than CK(P<0.01),and one differential metabolite(indoleacetic acid)was significantly lower than CK(P=0.003).Then KEGG enrichment analysis of differential metabolites was carried out,in which differential metabolites were significantly enriched in ABC transporters and arachidonic acidmetabolism.
