In order to save water consumption for rice irrigation,improve water use efficiency and quality.This study takes"Jinyuan 85"as the research object,and sets up two irrigation treatments(flooding W0 and intermittent irrigation W1),and applies silicon fertilizer(6 kg/hm~2)at different growth stages under intermittent irrigation to set up five treatments,namely:tillering stage(W1S1),jointing stage(W1S2),booting stage(W1S3),heading stage(W1S4),and flowering and filling stage(W1S5).The change of rice yield,quality and water requirement under intermittent irrigation mode was studied,and the effects of silicon fertilizer application at different growth stages on rice growth and development,yield and its components,quality and economic benefits were analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation of silicon fertilizer application mode for rice under intermittent irrigation was made by integrating TOPSIS and RSR methods.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Intermittent irrigation can improve the components of rice yield,increase the panicle length and grain number per panicle,and thus promote the growth of rice yield,with an increase of 0.20%~10.42%,but it is not conducive to the accumulation of rice protein and amylose,with a decrease of 5.04%~6.73%and 0.83%~3.13%respectively.(2)Compared with flood irrigation,intermittent irrigation can reduce the number of irrigation and drainage,and the amount of irrigation water and drainage decrease by 14.28%~22.05%and 9.46%~25.55%respectively,thus improving the rainfall utilization efficiency,irrigation utilization efficiency and water production efficiency of rice.(3)Adding silicon fertilizer to rice under intermittent irrigation is beneficial to adjust the growth characteristics of rice.The effect of applying silicon fertilizer at different growth stages on rice plant height,leaf area index and dry matter quality is different.The plant height is the largest under the treatment of adding silicon fertilizer at jointing stage,which is 3.29%higher than that without silicon fertilizer;Increasing the application of silicon fertilizer is conducive to the growth of leaf area index and dry matter quality of rice,with an increase of 0.63%~17.77%and 1.36%~15.71%respectively.The application of silicon fertilizer at tillering stage has the greatest impact on leaf area index and dry matter accumulation,followed by booting stage.(4)Adding silicon fertilizer to rice under intermittent irrigation is beneficial to increase rice yield and improve rice quality,but the effect of adding silicon fertilizer at different growth stages on rice yield components and quality indicators under intermittent irrigation is different.Applying silicon fertilizer at tillering stage can increase the number of effective panicles of rice,and applying silicon fertilizer at booting stage can increase the number of grains per panicle of rice.The tillering stage and booting stage are the key periods of applying silicon fertilizer for high yield of rice under intermittent irrigation.Adding silicon fertilizer can significantly increase the brown rice rate and improve the processing quality.Applying silicon fertilizer at the flowering and filling stage is beneficial to increase the protein content and amylose content of rice.(5)The comprehensive evaluation results of TOPSIS and RSR showed that the tillering stage could be used as the appropriate silicon fertilizer application stage for"Jinyuan 85"rice under intermittent irrigation. |
