Indigofera amblyantha craird is a perennial shrub of Leguminosae.It is a good soil and water conservation plant.It has the characteristics of developed root system,drought resistance,extensive management and disease and insect resistance.It is widely used in highway slope protection and mine restoration.At present,the seeds of Indigofera amblyantha in production and application are mostly collected in the wild,which has the problems of large plant variation coefficient,low seed yield and low germination rate.This study evaluated and screened the agronomic characters and production performance of 23 Germplasm from different regions;through different fertilization and pruning methods,the cultivation techniques of high yield and high quality of multi flower blue seeds were explored;the survival rate of cutting propagation of amblyantha was studied by deep treatment with Different Rooting agents.The main results are as follows:1.Five high-quality germplasm V1,V3,V17,V22 and V23 were preliminarily screened.V1(31.05 g / plant)and V3(30.13 g / plant)with the highest yield per plant were preliminarily screened,and V17 with better agronomic characters and seed production performance(plant height 143.00 cm,crown width 132.67 cm,ground diameter 14.97 mm,number of branches 79.67/plant,pod setting rate 5.77%,1000 grain weight 5.13 g,yield27.40 g / plant)V23(plant height 134.33 cm;crown width 155.33 cm;ground diameter13.78 mm;number of branches 72.67 / plant;pod setting rate 8.33%;1000 grain weight 6.20g;yield 22.24 g / plant);V22(7.50 g)with the largest 1000 grain weight was the preferred germplasm.2.The optimum pruning height was determined to be 60 cm.3.Fertilization has no obvious effect on amblyantha.It has been in the wild environment for a long time.It is resistant to barren soil and has strong environmental suitability.The application of different concentrations of compound fertilizer,urea and compound fertilizer+ urea had no significant effect on most agronomic characters and seed production performance,but only promoted the pod setting rate.4.Both "Genpan" and "Shenggen" rooting agents can significantly improve the survival rate of cutting propagation of amblyantha.The cutting effect of "Genpan" rooting agent was the best when it was treated at 200 mg/L under sand culture and water culture conditions,the cutting effect of "Shenggen" rooting agent was the best when it was treated at 300 mg/L under water culture conditions,and the cutting effect was the best when it was treated at 200mg/L under sand culture conditions.
