| Purple Flowering Stalk is one of the most important vegetables in Hunan province because of its unique taste and rich nutrition. With the improvement of people’s living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of purple flowering stalk. The content of glucosinolates in purple flowering stalk is closely related to its flavor, but the synthesis and transport characteristics of glucosinolates in purple flowering stalk are still unclear. In this study, the high generation inbred line BOH19-50 of purple flowering stalk was used as material to analyze the glucosinolate content and dynamic change rule in different growth stages and different parts of purple flowering stalk by high-performance liquid chromatography,in order to provide a basis for the formation of product organ quality and resource utilization of purple flowering stalk.Main research results are as follows:1.The glucosinolate content of the whole plant at germination stage was 4.84 μmol/g;2.The highest content of glucosinolate at Leaf growth period was in root(9.21 μmol/g),followed by in stem(28 μmol/g).The lower content was 3.03 μmol/g in new leaves and 1.87μmol/g in old leaves,respectively.3.The content of total glucosinolate in new leaves at bud stage was the highest(13.24μmol/g),followed by root(9.69 μmol/g),flower bud(8.46 μmol/g),stem and old leaves(4.99 μmol/g and 3.49 μmol/g),respectively.4.The highest glucosinolate content at full flowering stage was found in roots(20.08μmol/g),followed by flowers(14.22 μmol/g),moss(12.64 μmol/g)and new leaves(9.96μmol/g).The contents of stem(2.61 μmol/g)and old leaf(3.41 μmol/g)were lower.5.The highest glucosinolate content at podding stage was found in pod(18.38 μmol/g).The contents of glucosinolate in old leaves, moss, roots and stems were 4.93 μmol/g,3.35μmol/g,3.23 μmol/g and 2.79 μmol/g,respectively.6.The content of glucosinolate in mature seeds was 128.45 μmol/g,which was the highest part in the whole growth period of purple flowering stalk. |
