| Vitis davidii belongs to the subgenus of Vitis and is a unique cultivar in the East Asian grape population.It is also one of the excellent germplasm resources coexisting in nature and wild.It is distributed in Hunan,Jiangxi,Guangxi,Sichuan and other places,with uniform and bright color.Juicy and delicious,with high yield,it can be eaten fresh,wine-making and product deep processing.At the same time,V.davidii have strong resistance to black pox,anthracnose,etc.,and also have the characteristics of high humidity and weak light.In this study,the germplasm resources of V.davidii in Hunan Province were used as materials.By observing the leaf shape,number of lobes,the type of petiole depression and the shape of the base of the petiole depression,the ear weight,vertical and horizontal diameter of the V.davidii fruit were also measured,single-grain weight and soluble solid content,according to the data analysis and comparison,538 V.davidii were classified,and the thorn grapes with excellent characters were selected.At the same time,SSR molecular marker technology was used to identify the molecular relationship,in order to comprehensively explore the diversity of ecological genetic resources rich in Chinese V.davidii germplasm resources,and to further scientifically preserve,collect,innovate cultivation and effectively develop various excellent and rich Chinese V.davidii.The diversity of germplasm resources provides a theoretical basis.The main results are as follows:(1)Among 538 V.davidi,the shape of mature leaves is divided into heart-shaped and wedge-shaped;the number of lobes of mature leaves is divided into whole and three-lobed;the open-fold type of petiole depression of mature leaves is mainly divided into two types:open,semi-open,slightly open,extremely open four types,the shape of the petiole depression base of mature leaves is mainly U-shaped and V-shaped.Among them,the 538 V.davidi selected in the experiment showed quite outstanding diversity in the type of petiole depression of mature leaves.(2)The 491 V.davidii selected in the experiment have rich diversity in fruit characters,and some characters are quite different.(3)9 pairs of SSR primers were used to identify 436 V.davidii,among which 28 plants had different SSR genotypes.It includes the currently registered V.davidii varieties ‘Xiangci No.1’,‘Xiangci No.2’,‘Xiangci No.3’ and ‘Xiangci No.4’.(4)Based on the leaf traits,fruit traits and SSR molecular marker data of 28 V.davidii individual plants,cluster analysis was carried out respectively,and the results were divided into three categories,but the results of SSR molecular marker cluster analysis were more detailed.(5)The terrain has a significant effect on the fruit quality of ’Xiangci No.1’,but has no significant effect on the fruit quality of ’Xiangci No.3’;the terrain has a significant effect on the soluble solid content of the four thorn grapes per plant.It means that ’Xiangci No.1’ is greatly affected by the environment,and the influence of terrain on fruit quality should be paid attention to when cultivating this variety on sloping land. |
