Abstract/Summary:
This study aims to use 210 watermelon germplasm resources to systematically identify and evaluate the existing watermelon germplasm, using morphological markers, combined with diversity analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and other methods to determine its genetic diversity A more comprehensive study. At the same time,whole-genome sequencing technology is used to conduct wholegenome association analysis for the main fruit traits of watermelon. The results are as follows:1.The genetic diversity index of 10 fruit traits of 210 watermelon germplasm materials varies from0.78 to 2.07,among which the diversity index of the center sugar content is the largest, and the pulp sourness diversity index is the smallest;the average value of the coefficient of variation of the 10 fruit traits It is 30.94%,the coefficient of variation of fruit shape is the largest;2.Principal component analysis summarizes 10 fruit traits into 6 factors that need to be considered as independent indicators. The overall contribution rate is 83.52%,which are the sugar content of the center and the edge, the shape and color of the stripes, the color of the skin, the color of the flesh, and the fruit.Quality, pulp texture.3.The two clustering methods used in cluster analysis jointly divide the germplasm resources into six categories that are closely related to each other. Each category has distinctive traits. The first category is round fruit with heavy acidity and sugar content.Low;the second type has no streaks;the third type is olive-shaped fruit, with a net stripe shape;the fourth type is round fruit with light sourness;the fifth type is round fruit with hard texture;the sixth type High sugar content and light sour taste.4.Genome-wide association analysis will locate the SNPs related to the peel background color to chromosomes 2,3,4,and 8;the SNPs related to the flesh color to chromosomes 2,4,and 8;and the SNPs related to the shape of the fruit to chromosome 3.
