| Rice is a typical silicon-loving crop,and silicon supply affects the formation of rice yield,lodging and other traits.In order to further explore the effects of silicon fertilizer on machine-transplanted double-cropping rice,from March 2020 to December 2021,rice varieties and silicon fertilizer were mainly promoted in Liuyang Farm.The main rice Variety and silicon fertilizer were used as experimental materials to analyze the effects of increased silicon fertilizer application and different amounts of silicon on the leaf area,dry matter production,SPAD value,roots bleeding intensity,plant nitrogen,plant phosphorus and plant silicon content,lodging resistance and yield and its yield components of double-cropping rice were analyzed.The results show that:(1)Silicon fertilizer is beneficial to increase the leaf area and the accumulation of dry matter.The results of sampling in two years and four seasons are as follows:silicon application increases rice leaf area by 0.18%to 11.84%and dry matter weight by 0.28%to 13.42%.Silicon application rate of 225 kg/hm~2has the most significant effect on early hybrid rice;Silicon application rates of 75 kg/hm~2and 150 kg/hm~2had the most significant effects on early conventional rice and late rice.(2)Silicon fertilizer is beneficial to improve the SPAD value of sword leaves and the vitality of rice roots.After application of silicon,the SPAD value of sword leaves increased by 0.06%to 9.90%;the root vigor increased by 0.07%to 15.16%.The effect of silicon application amount of 225 kg/hm~2is the most significant.(3)Silicon fertilizer promotes the absorption of nutrients in rice.The nitrogen content of rice stems and leaves increased by 3.04%to 19.29%and 1.63%to 14.63%respectively by applying silicon;increase the phosphorus content of rice stems and leaves by1.56%to 18.10%and 0.75%to 10.46%,respectively;the silicon content of rice stems,leaves,branches and husks was increased by 1.45%to 23.27%,2.18%to 24.21%,0.61%to 24.78%,and 3.62%to 28.50%,respectively.The effect of silicon application amount of225 kg/hm~2is the most significant.(4)Silicon application decreased lodging index,increased basal flexural resistance,stem thickness,wall thickness,internode fullness,etc.The lodging resistance of rice was enhanced by decreasing the height of center of gravity and shortening the length of basal internode.Silicon application reduced the Angle between blade and inverted leaf and increased the leaf area of the upper three.The effect of silicon application amount of 225kg/hm2 was the most significant.(5)Silicon application can improve rice yield by affecting rice seed setting rate,effective panicle number and grain number per panicle.The actual yield increase of silicon fertilizer applied in two and four seasons is 2.11%to 18.70%.The silicon application rate of 225 kg/hm~2had a greater impact on the yield of early hybrid rice;the silicon application rate of 75 kg/hm~2and 150 kg/hm~2had a greater impact on the yield of conventional rice and late hybrid rice.In conclusion,the silicon application rate of 225 kg/hm~2has the best effect on early hybrid rice;silicon application rates of 75 kg/hm~2and 150 kg/hm~2,respectively,have better effects on lodging-tolerant early and late rice conventional rice and late rice hybrid rice varieties.For lodging-intolerant varieties,the recommended silicon application rate is 225kg/hm~2. |
