In the development and utilization process of straw "five materials",using round baling machine to densify straw can significantly reduce the cost of transportation and storage.In view of the lack of in-depth research on the baling characteristics and power consumption characteristics of large round steel roller baling machine during the baling process,this thesis carries out a study on the power consumption characteristics of large round steel roller baling machine,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The baling process of large round steel roll baling machine is analyzed,and the power consumption model of steel roll in the compaction stage and the real-time baling density model based on the dynamic change of baling force are established.2.The power consumption and density acquisition system of round baling machine is designed,torque sensor,force sensor and rotary encoder are arranged,NI USB-6363 acquisition card is selected,Lab VIEW is used to write acquisition program,and the collected motor torque and speed,dynamic reaction signal of steel roller against bearing block,steel roller speed and other data are transmitted to the PC end.To realize real-time data collection,display,analysis and preservation.3.Through the validation test of the acquisition system,the time-domain variation rules of torque,speed,power consumption and density in the baling process are analyzed.The test results show that the acquisition system is stable and reliable.4.The single factor test results show that the total power consumption of the round baler and the power consumption of the steel roll are positively correlated with the feeding amount and the speed of the steel roll,and negatively correlated with the moisture content of the straw.Orthogonal tests were carried out with feeding amount,speed of steel roll and water content of straw as factors,and the total power consumption of round baler and power consumption of steel roll as evaluation indexes.The results show that the order of influencing factors on the total power consumption of round baler and power consumption of steel roll is feeding amount > water content of straw > speed of steel roll.5.The variation rules of the power,power consumption of the round baler and the density of the bale are obtained.The test results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the power,power consumption of the round baler and the density of the bale at the late stage of compaction forming.
