Study On The Effect Of Industrial Organization Pattern On Drug Use Behavior Of Fish Producers

Since the 1980 s,with the rapid development of fishery development policy,the output of aquaculture realizes the rapid growth.As the contributor of more than half of the output of aquaculture in the world,the development of Chinese aquaculture has a far-reaching influence on our country and the world.However,in recent years,aquatic product quality and safety problems often occur,which have caused some serious negative effects.As one of the important input factors in the production of aquatic products,fishery medicine can directly affect the quality and safety of aquatic products.Irrational use of fishery drugs will lead to the output of unqualified aquatic products,which poses a threat to the health of consumers.Some abused antibiotics will also accumulate in the ecological environment and animal tissues,which will have a negative impact on people and the environment.Therefore,whether the drug use behavior of aquaculture producers is reasonable has been widely concerned by academia and society.Among the factors that affect the behavior of aquaculture producers,the industrial organization pattern of the producers is considered to be an important part of their drug use behavior.Firstly,through combing,summarizing and integrating the existing literature,this paper finds the feasible innovation points and expansibility points.Secondly,based on sustainable development theory,externality theory and rational behavior theory of farmers,the effects of drug use behavior of aquaculture producers on themselves,the environment and other aquaculture producers were discussed.Thirdly,different industrial organization models were used to sort out the influence path of the research on the influence of drug use behavior by manufacturers,propose research hypotheses and construct research framework.Finally,based on the micro-data of aquaculture producers in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China,control variables were set from four aspects: individual characteristics,production situation,external utility and drug use cognition.logit model,linear regression model and intermediary effect model were used to empirically analyze the effect of industrial organization model on drug use behavior of fish producers and its mechanism.The empirical results showed that:(1)the tight industrial organization had a significant positive effect on the safe drug use behavior of producers;(2)The drug consumption of the producers who joined the compact industrial organization decreased significantly;(3)Different types of tight industrial organizations have different effects on drug use behavior of producers.The "cooperative(association)+ producer" model is significantly better than the "enterprise-led production base + producer" model.(4)Breeding training has a mediating effect on the effect of tight industrial organization model on drug use behavior of producers,which can further reduce drug use by training knowledge and skills and providing problem-solving measures.Based on this,in order to further promote the healthy development of aquaculture,combining the empirical results and the problems reflected by the producers in the investigation process,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects respectively.The first is for the government macro level:(1)strengthen the top-level design,improve the aquaculture industry related system.(2)Strengthen the role of aquatic technology extension system to ensure the realization of scientific and technological forces in production.(3)Accelerate the cultivation of aquaculture professional and technical talents to help the integration of production and science.(4)Improve the insurance and financial policy system,and strengthen the insurance and financial support for beneficial fishing and strong fishing.Secondly,for aquaculture industry:(1)Encourage the development of tight industrial organizations and promote the development of diversified industries.(2)Attach importance to the construction of industrial organization system and strengthen internal management.(3)Attach importance to breeding training for producers and promote them to put their knowledge into practice.(4)Promote the development of aquaculture brand construction and improve the food traceability system.(5)Establish and improve aquaculture technology promotion points,drive large aquaculture farms fishing drug reduction.Finally,for aquaculture producers:(1)actively participate in tight industrial organizations to improve self-cultivation skills.(2)Standardize drug use and make records of drug use.(3)Reduce breeding density and improve aquatic product quality.
