| As one of the four major sandy areas in China,the poor ecological environment of the Mawusu Sandy Area seriously restricts the large-scale development and utilization of resources in the sandy area,and also restricts the economic development of the area.In view of the problems of low local natural precipitation,poor plant survival,poor soil physical properties,poor water storage and water retention capacity,and poor nutrients,this thesis takes Solanum muricatum and Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa as materials.The effects of bio-algae fertilizer(The application rates were:0,15,30,45 L/hm2,recorded as:Z0,Z1,Z2,Z3),water-retaining agent(The application rates were:0,75,150,225 kg/hm2,recorded as:P0,P1,P2,P3),nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer(The application rates were:0,300,600,900 kg/hm2,recorded as:F0,F1,F2,F3)and irrigation amount(The application rates were 70%,80%,90%and 100%of the maximum field capacity,respectively,recorded as S70,S80,S90 and S100)on soil chemical properties,plant photosynthetic characteristics and growth indexes were investigated,in order to screen out the combination and application amount of soil amendments suitable for planting ginseng fruit and sour jujube.The results are as follows:(1)Z2P1F2S80 and Z3P0F2S80 significantly reduced the p H value of planted ginseng fruit and sour jujube soil,respectively.Z3P0F0S100 and Z0P0F2S70 significantly increased the soil organic matter of planted ginseng fruit and sour jujube respectively.Z2P0F2S80 and Z2P3F2S80significantly increased the total soil nutrients of planted ginseng fruit and sour jujube,respectively.Z3P0F2S80 and Z2P0F3S80 significantly increased the soil available nutrients of planted ginseng fruit and sour jujube respectively.(2)Under the combined action of biological algae fertilizer,water retaining agent,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer and irrigation amount,the photosynthesis and growth of ginseng fruit and sour jujube had great differences in response to different factors.Among them,Z3P3F1S90 and Z2P0F2S70 significantly improved the photosynthetic characteristics of ginseng fruit and sour jujube,respectively.Z1P3F3S100 and Z3P0F3S70 significantly improved the growth indexes of ginseng fruit and sour jujube respectively.(3)The range analysis of all indicators of ginseng fruit and sour jujube showed that bio-algae fertilizer and water-retaining agent were more suitable as soil amendments in Mu Us sandy land.(4)Under the action of different soil amendments,the grey correlation degree of all indexes of ginseng fruit and sour jujube proved that the soil nutrients and plant growth were the best under the treatment of Z1P3F2S80 and Z3P3F0S90 respectively. |
