Abstract/Summary:
As a new type of biomass energy that can achieve sustainable utilization,how to effectively protect and develop sandy shrubs is one of the main challenges we face.Based on the rejuvenation characteristics of sandy shrubs,and in response to the problems of irregular cutting edges,high economic losses,inconvenience in subsequent development and utilization,and inability to adapt to various terrain environments,the sandy shrub stubble leveling equipment has been optimized and designed.The cutting table mechanism,walking mechanism,thread rolling mechanism,and collection device in the entire machine structure have been improved.The main research content is as follows:1.In order to solve the problems encountered by the current sand shrub stubble leveling equipment,such as the entanglement of knives and the impact of tearing of the shrub stubble after cutting on rejuvenation,a circular cutting and a combination of moving and fixed knives with toothed chain cutters were designed,and the strength of key components in the cutters was checked.The design calculation results are: chain pitch 19.05 mm,sprocket teeth 45,cutting line speed 20m/s,and torque 424.45N·m.A longitudinal profiling mechanism with a four bar structure controlled by a hydraulic transmission system has been added to the header mechanism,which can operate normally in different terrain environments.2.The tire type walking structure has been improved to address issues such as slipping and sinking in the desert,and a new type of rubber track has been used as the support component of the walking mechanism.On the basis of traditional equipment,the Arduino system is used to control ultrasonic sensors,achieving a combination of manual and intelligent operation,which to some extent reduces the waste of human resources.3.Finite element analysis and modal analysis were conducted using ANSYS software on the key components of the sand shrub flat stubble and silk rolling integrated machine,ensuring the rationality of the selected parameters and materials.Amesim was used to model and analyze the profiling mechanism of hydraulic transmission control,and control experiments were set up for important component parameters in the model to simulate the impact of different parameter conditions on the working speed of the profiling mechanism.This allowed the profiling mechanism to adjust the required component parameters appropriately during operation,resulting in higher quality of job completion.
