Straw power generation engineering has been widely used in developedcountries. Stubble as an important part of the straw, annual production of corn stubble is upto0.42million tons in china. Only just in Jilin province, the annual production of cornstubble is about5million tons, which can be transformed into electricity generation byabout50million degrees. It can clearly be seen that the economic benefit is veryimpressive.The paper based on the morphological characteristics of corn stubble and soil adhesionproperties, what is more, in the light of similar scouring soil mechanism, designing amachine which was suitable for scouring soil from corn stubble-corn stubble harvester.Corn root is relatively developed, which inevitably coerced a large number of soil becausethey through the roots to keep standing. Ability of soil-reinforcement is very strong.Especially, taproot system of corn stubble coerces soil more solid, which is the biggestscouring soil problem. According to this problem, this paper was based on3D mechanicaldesign software Inventor of American Autodesk Corporation and designed rotating workingparts, including Picker, First Dialer, R-B Doffer, and Second Dialer. When complex passingworking parts, which was collided, crushed and rubbed. Soil was scoured by means of shearforce between stubble and soil.The paper firstly learned of soil and configuration of complex. Scouring principle hasbeen investigated at a certain extent. This paper also brought three scouringmethod-collision, crush, rubbing.In order to reduce the machine’s turning radius, this paper designed a very specialtraction component. It was able to achieve traction, but also to achieve the semi-suspension.Taking into account the specific working conditions, basing on traction component model,statics analysis was done. We got the result that the most stress concentrated areas waswelding position between the traction frame and the fixed plate. The phenomena of stressconcentration was eliminated by modify the model. At the same time, according to optimize the traction component model, total mass was also reduced by15.1%.Relying on shape and size of corn stubble complex, the main working parts wererotating parts. There were Dialer Fingers, R-B Scourer Fingers, and Picker Fingers onrotating parts. Complex was flapped by Fingers when the working parts were in the processof rotation. By the collision, crush and rubbing, the complex internal structure was damaged,to make it loose and make the soil away from the complex.The frame was designed to fix corn stubble harvester parts location. In particular, themutual positional relationship of the main working parts was the key parameter, which wasthe guarantee of corn stubble complex smoothly transported. The frame was weldedtogether by rectangular hollow steel. Basing on the frame model, modal analysis was done.We got the8-order natural frequency and the frequency was range of250Hz~720Hz. Wefound the weakest part of the frame and optimized designing model.We designed five baffles for corn stubble machine; they could supplement the mainworking parts to transport the complex. In other hand, when the complex crashed the baffles,the baffles undermined internal structure of the complex, and assisted the working partsscouring soil. |
