Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Application Of Agricultural Informatization In Vegetable Industry Under The 5G Background

With the rapid development of modern information technology,the overall level of modern information technology application in the agricultural field lags behind that of industry and service industry,especially the application of 5G information technology,which has significant advantages in solving the communication barriers between the horizontal and vertical of traditional agricultural information networks and improving the timeliness and sharing level of information transmission.As a new mobile communication technology,5G technology has the characteristics of high-speed transmission,low latency,and wide coverage,which will effectively promote the smooth exchange and transmission of agricultural information between different regions and organizations,so as to achieve a high degree of integration,open up the nodes of agricultural information exchange,greatly improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of agricultural information,promote agricultural modernization transformation,improve agricultural production efficiency,promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In the process of 5G technology promotion and application of the vegetable industry,the government,as the leading force in the promotion of 5G technology in the agricultural field,needs the government to lead the vegetable industry and social forces to work together to promote the informatization level of the vegetable industry in the context of 5G,so as to play an active role in promoting modern agriculture,including the vegetable industry.Based on the above background analysis and discussion,the research case selected in this paper is Shouguang City,Weifang City,Shandong Province,which enjoys the hometown of vegetables in China,to sort out the development status of agricultural informatization of vegetable industry in Shouguang City under the background of 5G,and use literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to survey the questionnaire survey results of staff related to agricultural informatization in Shouguang City and practitioners in the vegetable industry.Weifang Shou Guang vegetable industry informatization development in the construction of consciousness and information environment,because Shouguang city government department is the main investor of vegetable industry information industry,in the vegetable industry informatization construction plays an irreplaceable role.There are shortcomings in the government in promoting the process of agricultural informatization.Shou Guang City’s vegetable industry lacks complete 5G technology standards and application environment in terms of5 G technology information infrastructure,and infrastructure needs to be developed urgently.In terms of the construction of 5G human resources for vegetable industry informatization,Shouguang City has an aging knowledge structure,talent disconnection,lack of green and yellow,especially the lack and loss of excellent composite 5G technical talents.In terms of agricultural informatization standards and specifications,Shou Guang City’s 5G technology vegetable industry information collection standard system standards,data security,equipment interoperability and data analysis are all problems to varying degrees.In view of the above-mentioned problems and shortcomings in the informatization construction of vegetable industry in Shouguang City and the countermeasures of 5G technology application level,this paper puts forward targeted measures and suggestions based on the theory of information supply and demand,the theory of farmer participation,and the theory of agricultural extension framework.For example,in terms of building awareness and improving the information environment,it is proposed to strengthen the government’s leading position in the development of agricultural informatization in the vegetable industry,enhance farmers’ information awareness and ability to use 5G information.In view of the existing problems in infrastructure construction,it is proposed to strengthen the research and innovation of 5G information technology in the vegetable industry in the construction of 5G infrastructure,and at the same time increase the attention and investment in the information infrastructure of the vegetable industry led by the government,accelerate the construction of infrastructure,improve the network system,improve the guarantee level of the information infrastructure of the vegetable industry,and promote the construction of information infrastructure as a long-term work,so as to provide a high-quality foundation and guarantee for the high-quality development of the information industry in the vegetable industry.In view of the problems in talents,it is proposed to establish an information technology personnel training plan,increase government investment,improve the employment opportunities of technical personnel,strengthen the development of large-scale professional personnel training,and strengthen the introduction and management of talents and improve the income and welfare benefits of 5G professional information technology talents by improving various economic and policy means such as salaries and social welfare.Finally,in view of the problems of standards and specifications for vegetable industry informatization in Shou Guang City under the background of 5G,it is proposed that Shou Guang City should actively promote the application of 5G technology in vegetable industry informatization,and establish and improve the development and sharing mechanism of vegetable industry information resources based on 5G technology.
