Agricultural information that such as technology Internet technology, sensor technology, remote sensing technology, monitoring technology, agricultural database systems has made certain achievements in China. Accelerate the development of agricultural information technology is an important breakthrough to narrowed the urban-rural, however, our study on agricultural information is lagging behind. With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT), it has been preliminary application in the areas of agricultural information. Agriculture IoT can radically changed the production model on the traditional agriculture, effectively promote the development of agricultural productivity.This paper combined the IoT technology and agricultural information technology, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the characteristics of agricultural products, proposed agricultural information systems by sensor technology, RFID technology, WSN technology, database technology, information management technology, and designed and implemented intelligent management systems of agricultural information, intelligent monitoring of agricultural information systems and traceability system on agricultural supply chain. This research is compensated the lack of agricultural information systems at present and established a comprehensive and effective agricultural information management system.Through the analysis of agricultural information and data features, the ideas of design for intelligent agricultural information management system has produced, also completed built the overall framework of the system. Through the system platform development software analysis and selection, design and application of proposed agricultural information management system, the main function of intelligent modules, and focuses on the design of the database management features, expert advice and information publishing platform, e-commerce platform agriculture and rural enterprise technology information service platform design.Combined to agricultural IoT technology and agricultural monitoring technology, it proposed IoT-based agricultural information intelligent monitoring system which achieve intelligent and automated what can produce real-time monitoring and tracking to growth environment. The system is low cost, easy construction implementation, scalability, good stability, not only can fast embedded already established agricultural information platform, but also can easily scale agriculture with different information systems are combined into a new agricultural information platform.By associating rice information and processing information, storage information and delivery information, as well as organic RFID tags and tracing codes, a scheme to improve tracing accuracy was designed to enhance the traceability of basic links in rice supply chain. The tracing system is divided into five sub-systems, including planting, processing, delivery, sales, and consumer sub-systems. Reasonable application of organic RFID technology to each link ensures the organization and modularity of information, facilitating the fast and accurate tracking and tracing of rice. This system has the merits of low cost, high accuracy, fast and automatic collection, and various query channels.
