Wheat and corn is an important grain crop in China and plays an important role in food security.Shandong province as one of thirteen major grain producing areas in China,is accelerating the "fully comprehensive,high quality and efficient" the construction of agricultural mechanization demonstration province,and actively implement the "grain in the ground,grain in technology" strategy,improve the crop planting key technology link research,at the same time promote the construction of accurate crop production system.As one of the wheat and corn planting areas,the hilly areas of Shandong province have various planting modes,but there are some problems such as low mechanization degree of the whole process,single comprehensive benefit evaluation method and imperfect evaluation system.This paper selects the typical agricultural cooperatives in Shandong province as the research object to carry out the comprehensive benefit evaluation of wheat and maize mechanization technology model based on hierarchical analysis(AHP)and entropy weight method.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through field visits,the hilly area of Shandong province 14 agricultural cooperatives wheat and corn mechanization operation key link(farming tube storage)data research,combined with the local wheat and corn planting technology process and pattern,drawing cooperative planting flow chart,form the hilly areas of Shandong province cooperative wheat and corn planting production base database.(2)The establishment of the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system.Based on the basic database of wheat and corn planting and production of cooperatives,according to the planting flow chart of 14 agricultural cooperatives,combined with relevant literature,13 comprehensive benefit evaluation indexes were selected from the economic,social and ecological aspects by using the Delphi method,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of wheat and corn mechanization technology model was established.(3)Based on the AHP-entropy weight method.According to the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of wheat and corn mechanization technology model,the hierarchical analysis method is adopted to determine the initial weight,and the entropy weight method is used to correct the initial weight,thus obtaining the combined weight value of economic benefit(0.3667),social benefit(0.3721)and ecological benefit(0.2612).Then,the corresponding score is given to the principle of percentage system,the scoring standard is established,and the score and ranking of the comprehensive benefit of cooperatives are obtained,and the cooperatives and their scores are evaluated and analyzed.(4)According to the needs of immediate evaluation,using ASP.NET technology,based on the SQL Server database and the basic data of research cooperatives,the comprehensive benefit evaluation and expert diagnosis system platform are designed and developed,including cooperative information,survey questionnaire information,comprehensive benefit evaluation and system setting.The platform was used to obtain the specific primary,secondary and third-level index scores of 14 cooperatives,and to give planting and production suggestions from the economic,social and ecological aspects according to the evaluation results.Through the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of wheat and corn mechanization,construct the combined weight model based on AHP-entropy weight,completed the study on the wheat and corn mechanization comprehensive benefit evaluation,establish a set of comprehensive benefit evaluation model for the cultivation,production and development of agricultural cooperatives,and provide useful reference for the study of the comprehensive benefit evaluation system in China. |
