Prediction And Analysis Of Tobacco Diseases And Insect Pests Based On Knowledge Map

China is a big tobacco planting country.Tobacco plays an important role in China’s economic development.It is very important to predict and analyze tobacco diseases and insect pests.Aiming at the prediction and analysis of tobacco diseases and insect pests,this paper obtains the data of tobacco diseases and insect pests through network crawlers based on the related technologies of network crawler,knowledge map and machine learning,and constructs its knowledge map,and predicts and analyses tobacco diseases and insect pests based on machine learning classification technology.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through crawling technology and analysis of data source structure type,the data related to tobacco diseases and insect pests are crawled,and the data are pre-processed by eliminating erroneous data,duplicate data and missing data.The obtained data are synchronously stored in Mysql database.Then,the characteristic attributes of tobacco diseases and insect pests are extracted by word frequency analysis,and the data table of tobacco diseases and insect pests is established.Finally,fungi and bacteria with the highest frequency of words are regarded as classification attributes.(2)The knowledge map of tobacco fungal diseases,tobacco bacterial diseases and tobacco insect pests was constructed through the construction of entities with single disease or multiple characteristics of pests and the relationship between tobacco pests and diseases.(3)Using decision tree C4.5 and Naive Bayesian classification algorithm to construct a prediction model for tobacco diseases.Through comparative analysis,C4.5 with higher accuracy was selected as the prediction model for tobacco diseases and insect pests,and the prediction analysis was carried out.Most tobacco diseases are fungal diseases.In the areas where tobacco is planted intensively in the South and northeast provinces,diseases are easy to occur.The petioles and leaves are the key parts of tobacco diseases.The color of the diseases is mostly brown and black,which can reduce the cost of the treatment of tobacco diseases and insect pests and assist the treatment or control of tobacco diseases and insect pests.
