Research On Cost Management Of Company Z Based On Activity Based Costing

The dairy farming industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and meat,eggs,and milk are important varieties in the people’s ’ vegetable basket ’.To sustain and stabilize the survival and development of dairy farming enterprises,the first step is to improve the level and efficiency of cost management.The effectiveness,profitability,and resilience to market competition of enterprise management are closely related to the level of cost management.This article is based on this background to study the cost management of Company Z,with the aim of providing some reference and practical significance for improving its management level and efficiency.This article uses methods such as literature research,case study,and field investigation to first analyze the current situation of cost management in Company Z and identify its problems in cost management.Then,the activity-based costing method is introduced to establish a cost budgeting,cost accounting,cost control,and cost assessment system based on activity-based costing.The data from the case company is used for specific analysis,Finally,measures were proposed to ensure the implementation of activity-based cost management in company Z.Research has found that Z Company’s existing cost management has shortcomings such as inadequate control systems and inaccurate accounting.The application of activity-based costing can optimize the cost management process,improve the accuracy of cost accounting,and provide a good basis for the company’s product,price,and other management decisions.
