This experiment for rice irrigation water and fertility period in the whole stages to study the water sensitivity,field capacity,water period,rice agronomic traits,yield,quality(eating)and their relationships were studied by using some varieties and lines,and it is dissected how much each trait effects about key water quantity and water saving periods,extent of quantitative key impact factor,establishment of water-saving drought-resistant,technology of good quality and high yield cultivation method.The experiment were conducted from 2014 to 2015 on the Tianjin Huang Zhuang.application of variance analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze influence factor of the main characters of the key water conservation.These results would provide a support on quantitative promotion and cultivation regulation promote the rice high-yield,high efficiency,water saving and high quality technical development.The results of the study are as follows:1?In the water saving experiment,rice milling quality,appearance quality,nutritional quality,RVA and rice property index,comprehensive sensory score,yield characters were obvious difference between varieties.At 0.1% level of significant differences between varieties of indicators for the whole brown rice rate,rate of the whole white rice,refined grain width,thickness,rate chalky rice percentage,amylose,high viscosity,final viscosity,breakdown value,effective panicles,thousand seed weight,hardness,rice appearance,there are highly significant difference in grain number per panicle,length of white rice,lengthwidth ratio,protein,lowest viscosity,setback viscosity,rice flexibility value,rice viscosity,comprehensive evaluation,there is significant difference in brown rice rate and hardness/viscosity.2?The influence of water saving to rice yields and quality observably,interaction effect of variety and water saving less.Saving 26% for optimum water saving strength.Under this kind of 26 percent water treatment,the tiller,height and leaf-color had little influence,bleeding rate increased significantly,Leaf area index of mature period was 3.9 which significantly higher than CK.The moisture content of rice spike decline intensify.The content of rice grain number per panicle and protein content,head milled rice rate,chalkiness rate,setback viscosity,rice rigidity value,rice appearance,taste,comprehensive evaluation were all increased.On the other hand,the content of amylose and rice viscosity were reduced.3?Water saving in each growth period of rice,has negative effects on the agronomic trait,yield and quality.Jointing-booting stage was most sensitive damage to the water stress,will significantly delay mature,reduce plant height,tiller period,reduce the spike,grain number per spike and raise protein content,amylose content was decreased obviously,minimum value and disintegration,the biggest cut values,improve rice hardness,rice taste sweet the weakest,the worst,the lowest viscosity.The main effects of reviving-tiller period were reduce the number of spikelet.From ear bearing to filling,seed setting rat become significantly reduce lowest in peak viscosity,though paste viscosity and setback viscosity,increase rice viscosity.Grouting agronomic traits and yield to maturity period affected is minimal,will be minimal grinding quality significantly reduced,the thickness of the white rice,will significantly increase the hardness of the rice viscosity ratio,increase rice hardness,lower viscosity of rice and balance,improve the rice appearance,rice fragrance and flavor.After water processing,the output of four water treatment decreased,and processing in jointing stage to booting period between minimum water production.
