| Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)in plant research was initially confirmed to be released in a light-dependent form in plant leaves,and it is generally considered to be the third type after carbon monoxide(CO)and nitric oxide(NO)New type of gas signal molecule.Studies have shown that H2S participates in many important life activities in plants.It can not only regulate plant growth and development,such as promoting seed germination and root development,participating in plant leaf stomatal movement,enhancing photosynthesis and promoting the accumulation of organic matter,etc.,it can also alleviate.The adversity aggression suffered during plant growth includes heavy ion resistance,heavy metal ion resistance,high temperature resistance,emergency osmotic pressure prevention,etc.In this study,Na2S was used as an exogenous H2S donor.Na2S is an inorganic sulfide-like exogenous H2S donor.It will release H2S gas quickly after being dissolved in water,and it is very cheap and we can get it easily.Previous studies have shown that Na2S has a dose effect.The concentration of Na2S promotes plant growth,while the high concentration inhibits growth.The suitable concentration of crops is 0.05mmol/L~0.5mmol/L.In this experiment,Na2S solutions of different concentrations(0,0.1,0.2 mmol/L)were set to study the effect of Na2S on the yield and quality of amaranth,Guangdong cabbage,Baiyuyuan radish,rape and soybean in the actual production.The results are as follows:1.Na2S can significantly promote the growth of vegetables grown in the field.After the vegetable seedlings grow to two leaves and one heart,use different concentrations of Na2S solution for treatment.Using a combination of irrigation and foliar fertilization,irrigate the roots when the two leaves are one core,and then spray the leaves every 7 days for 3 to 4treatments.The results show that both 0.1mmol/L and 0.2mmol/L Na2S solutions can promote the growth of vegetables,and can significantly increase the fresh weight of vegetables;the increase in chlorophyll content enhances photosynthesis,thereby promoting material accumulation.2.According to our research results,the soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and vitamin C content in vegetables were significantly increased when the Na2S solutions with concentrations of 0.1 mmol/L and 0.2 mmol/L were used for treatment.3.At the early stage of rapeseed growth,different concentrations of Na2S solution were used for treatment from the two-leaf one-heart stage for 4 times in total and 10 days apart from the previous time;in the reproductive period of rapeseed,rapeseed was treated 3 times in total and 10 days from the previous time.Finally,statistics on output related data.The results showed that the number of pods per plant,the number of horns per plant,the thousand-seed weight,the increase in the number of total rapeseeds,and the difference between the number of pods per plant and the number of horns per plant Increase,leading to an increase in total production.4.Na2S can significantly increase the fat content of rapeseeds.The results show,the treatment of rapeseed with 0.2mmol/L Na2S solution can promote the content of rapeseed fat.5.In the early stage of soybean growth,the seedlings were treated with two leaves and one heart.After thinning,the solution was used for treatment,once every 10 days,for a total of 4 treatments;in the soybean reproductive period,the soybeans were treated once every 10days for a total of 3 treatments.During the harvest,vegetable soybeans are harvested,and the rest will be harvested after maturity.Finally,relevant output data will be counted.The results showed that during the soybean growth period,after the soybeans were treated with0.1mmol/L and 0.2mmol/L Na2S solutions,the number of pods per plant,yield per plant,and100-seed weight of vegetable soybeans and mature soybeans increased significantly.The total output has increased significantly.The crude and chlorophyll content increased significantly.6.The results showed that the soluble protein content of soybeans treated with0.2mmol/L Na2S increased significantly,and the two treatments(0.1mmol/L and 0.2mmol/L)also increased to varying degrees with smaller amounts of trace amounts.In summary,Na2S can significantly improve the yield and growth of vegetables,rapeseed and soybeans at concentrations of 0.1mmol/L and 0.2mmol/L.By increasing the chlorophyll content,Na2S enhances the need to absorb a large amount of nutrients during the flowering process of rapeseed and soybean.The treatment of Na2S solution may promote the development of root organs and increase the absorption of nutrients from the soil by the roots,thereby promoting the increase in the number of crops and pods.The increase in grain weight leads to an increase in yield. |
