| Under the background of the development of agricultural industrialization,the farming industry has also embarked on the road of scale and standardization.And in the meat goose breeding segment,the change in breeding mode,so that the meat goose from free-range changes to large-scale captive breeding,which contains many potential risks.The increase in breeding volume has become more and more urgent for the demand of project risk management because the meat goose breeding industry is a highrisk industry.So project risk management has important significance for the development of the meat goose farming industry.This paper conducts a risk management study on the large-scale meat goose breeding project of Company L.After the project analysis,a response plan is proposed for the existing risks,which provides an important reference basis for the risk management of the project.This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of risk management at home and abroad,and carries out environmental analysis with the overview of meat goose breeding project of Company L.It is concluded that there are certain advantages in the three aspects of quality control,personnel training and sales channels,and certain disadvantages in the aspects of capital,diseases and natural disasters.Risk identification was carried out through brainstorming method,survey interview method,and questionnaire method,and it was found that there are 6 major types of risks in L’s meat goose breeding project: social risk,market risk,management risk,natural risk,technical risk and default risk.The Delphi method was applied to identify and quantify the risks of the meat goose breeding project,the key risk elements were derived.In addition,corresponding risk control measures were proposed for six key risk elements: social,management,market,technology,nature and breach of contract.In order to provide reference and reference for the smooth operation of L’s meat goose scale farming project. |
