Yield Comparison Of New Glutinous Corn (Sweet Plus Glutinous) Varieties And Analysis Of Their Quality Traits

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s health awareness,fresh glutinous corn with both nutritional value and flavor and taste has gradually come into thousands of households,and the market demand is increasing year by year,but the supporting cultivation technology of fresh glutinous corn varieties is very lacking,and there is an urgent need to develop cultivation technology adapted to the varieties to improve the current production status.In this experiment,high yielding,high quality and disease resistant glutinous corn variety Jicai Sweet Glutinous 8was selected through variety comparison test,and different planting density and nitrogen fertilizer chasing test and sowing period test were conducted for it.The following conclusions were reached:1.Through variety comparison tests,three excellent varieties of rice sweet glutinous 627,Meiyu 21 and Jicai sweet glutinous 8 with significantly higher fresh spike yield than control varieties,good overall performance of major agronomic and quality traits in the field,and strong disease resistance in the field were selected and suitable for planting in Jilin Province,and supporting cultivation technology research was conducted for variety Jicai sweet glutinous 8.2.The planting density and N fertilizer application of Jicai Sweet Glutinous 8 showed that A3B3 treatment had the highest fresh spike yield under different planting density and N fertilizer application conditions,followed by A3B4 and A2B3,and there was no significant difference among the three.Therefore,the suitable planting density for Jicai Sweet Glutinous 8is 50,000 plants/hm~2-600,000 plants/hm~2,and the amount of follow-up nitrogen fertilizer is 200kg/hm~2-300 kg/hm~2.3.Through the staged sowing trial of Jicai sweet glutinous 8,the fresh cob yield of six sowing stages compared F1 > F2 > F3 > F4 > F5 > F6,the highest fresh cob yield of F1 was15096.0 kg/hm~2,the second highest fresh cob yield of F2 was 14930.9 kg/hm~2,the third fresh cob yield of F3 was 14873.4 kg/hm~2,and under F1,F2 and F3 sowing stages The difference of fresh cob yield between F1,F2 and F3 was not significant.The suitable sowing period for Jicai sweet glutinous maize 8 was from May 3 to May 17,and sowing after May 17 significantly affected the cob traits and fresh cob yield.
