| Animal husbandry industry is an important part of China’s agricultural and rural economy.In order to promote the further development of the aquaculture industry,China has introduced policies such as "live mortgage of biological assets" to help small and medium-sized cattle farms and free-range farmers solve the problem of shortage of funds.However,at present,large-scale cattle breeding and artificial free-range breeding coexist in China,and artificial statistics of cattle data are prone to problems such as unclear number of cattle,incorrect collection of body temperature information,and misplaced input information,which is not conducive to live mortgage supervision.Therefore,in order to assist financial institutions in remote live supervision of cattle,this paper designs an electronic ear tag based on body temperature monitoring and drinking water behavior records,and realizes cattle supervision based on the Internet of Things database.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)A low-power contact cattle ear temperature monitoring module was designed to realize the vital signs monitoring of cattle.According to the actual needs and comparative analysis of other different types of cattle temperature measurement methods,Pt1000 platinum resistance was finally selected as the temperature sensor,and the power regulator module,data acquisition module,data wireless transmission module and peripheral circuit module were designed,which realized the requirements of high-precision measurement of ear temperature and long-term operation of low power consumption.The test results show that the error of the ear tag temperature measurement is less than ±0.2 °C.When powered by a 1500 m Ah/3.7 V lithium battery and set at a measurement interval of 3 h,the battery life can reach 467 days,which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and stability,which can lay the foundation for the intelligent management of bovine body temperature characterization and related behavior.(2)A monitoring node combining the measurement of cattle identity and drinking water behavior was designed.The ultra-high frequency passive RFID tag and card reader are used to accurately identify the identities of different cattle,and the design of connection circuit,power supply voltage regulation circuit,data wireless transmission circuit and peripheral circuit is completed.The corresponding software part is designed to realize the function of recording the RFID tag information of cattle and the recording of drinking time of cattle.The test results show that the RFID tag information measured by the identification and drinking time monitoring module is accurate,the average recognition distance is 4.422 m,and the time acquisition error is less than 1 s within 30 s.(3)Wireless communication methods suitable for the complex environment of rural small and medium-sized cattle farms are optimized and implemented.The LoRawireless communication technology with large network coverage and low power consumption was selected,and the terminal node adopted the LoRaWAN protocol,Class A transmission mode,and OTAA network access mode to realize data transmission to Tencent Io T Cloud platform.After the field test of the cattle farm,the packet loss rate of the system is less than 0.9% within the range of 100 m cattle farm,which proves that the wireless communication scheme has high reliability and is feasible.(4)Complete the cloud data storage and mobile terminal data display and early warning functions.Use the development tools provided by Tencent to interface the Mini Program to the mobile We Chat terminal to realize real-time viewing of data and historical data query by the mobile terminal,and set a danger threshold in the We Chat Mini Program according to the experimental results,when the cattle measurement data falls below the threshold,the Mini Program will automatically issue warning information to realize long-distance intelligent supervision of cattle.The cattle supervision system designed in this study can realize the automatic identification of different cattle identity information,and at the same time collect the information of cow ear temperature and drinking behavior to realize the mobile display of measurement data,which meets the design requirements.It has certain promotion value for the implementation of long-distance individual supervision of cattle. |
