In the process of modernization of Chinese agriculture from the traditional operation mode,the transformation of some production factors has become inevitable.The stage of blindly pursuing grain yield and applying large amounts of chemical fertilizer has passed,and then it has gradually shifted to the modern industrial agriculture with high yield,resulting in the non-point source pollution of chemical fertilizer and the decline of soil quality.Farmers gradually realize the seriousness of excessive fertilization and unscientific fertilization behavior.Jilin Province is a big agricultural province and a main grain producing area in China.Its main goal of agricultural production is to increase rice yield and ensure rice yield.This paper studies and analyzes the contribution of fertilizer application to the increase of rice yield and systematically analyzes its effects from the microlevel,which is conducive to emphasizing the problems of rice yield,quality and safety,and has certain practical and theoretical significance.It is helpful to promote the development of green agriculture and promote the reduction of fertilizer and pesticide efficiency measures.Based on the above problems,this paper,based on domestic and foreign studies,first of all,based on the theory of externality,the law of diminishing marginal returns,the theory of production function and the theory of food security and other relevant economic theories,aims to study the contribution of fertilizer use to the growth of rice yield in Jilin Province,and longitudinally compares the sown area of rice production in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2020.At the same time,the application amount,application intensity and application structure of rice were compared,the fertilizer application intensity of rice,corn and soybean in Jilin Province was compared horizontally,and the single yield of rice in Jilin Province was fitted and compared with the amount of fertilizer used,and the growth rate of single yield of rice and the contribution rate of fertilizer were calculated.The data model was built around the Cobb Glass production function,and the Logit regression analysis operation was used to draw the conclusion.Conclusion:(1)According to the change trend of total rice production,sown area and single yield of Jilin Province from 2010 to 2020,the change rule of total rice production in Jilin Province was longitudinally compared.It was found that total rice production in Jilin Province showed a steady growth trend on the whole,but there was a brief fluctuation change during 2010 to 2013,and the fluctuation of single yield was more intense than that of total rice production.It is affected by a variety of factors,in the 2012-2017 relatively stable growth range.Compared with the total yield and single yield of rice in Jilin Province,the sown area is more stable,showing a steady growth trend,and the sown area of rice is increasing year by year.(2)From 2010 to 2020,the provincial fertilizer application showed a fluctuation change of first increasing and decreasing.Taking 2015 as the boundary point,the fertilizer application of rice in Jilin Province increased year by year from 2010 to 2015,but the yield per unit area and total yield both showed a downward trend.Jilin Province still applied a large amount of fertilizer in pursuit of crop yield at the beginning.In addition,the horizontal comparison of fertilizer application intensity of rice,maize and soybean showed that fertilizer application intensity of maize > rice > soybean.Meanwhile,fertilizer application intensity of rice showed a stable trend during 2010-2020 and a slight fluctuation during 2013-2017.The fertilizer application intensity of corn showed a trend of increasing first and then stabilizing,which was consistent with the change trend of the total amount of fertilizer.In the early stage,a large amount of fertilizer was applied.However,the change of fertilizer application degree of soybean was similar to that of rice,but its fluctuation range was less than that of rice,and the change was slight.(3)21 data samples from 2000 to 2020 were selected to explore the effects of rice sown area,fertilizer application intensity and disaster area on rice yield.The production function model was constructed and analyzed,and the results showed that all the factors had significant effects on rice yield growth.At the same time,appropriate data were selected to record the production elasticity of each factor on the yield,and the contribution rate was calculated according to the formula.Data results showed that in 2000-2020,in addition to rice planting area,rice fertilizer application strength to rice production growth is the most obvious.Based on the status quo of rice production and fertilizer application in Jilin Province,a summary analysis of the data is subjected to a summary analysis of the production of fertilizers in Jilin Province,and the technology and policy factors can effectively control the administration of fertilizers to ensure food security.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)Add infrastructure construction,expand the rice planting area reasonably;(2)Implement regional planting and chemical fertilizer treatment by classification;(3)Strengthen the popularization and diffusion of agricultural technology to improve the technical quality of agricultural workers;(4)Determine reasonable fertilization period and dosage to improve fertilizer utilization efficiency;(5)Improve relevant subsidy policies and measures,and pay attention to grain quality control.
