With the advancement of China’s agricultural intelligence,getting rid of the manual on-the-spot detection mode and moving towards full intelligence is one of the difficult problems that need to be overcome in the development of traditional industrial technology.With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,the intelligent collection equipment and monitoring system for plant growth information are advancing towards miniaturization,networking,simple operation and low cost.The plant growth monitoring system,which combines plant growth information collection,wireless transmission,real-time warning,real-time viewing and data storage,can carry out more direct,humane and intelligent collection and monitoring of plant growth.Through the combination of flexible strain sensor and Internet of Things technology,the plant growth dimension signal can be monitored intelligently and accurately in real time.The plant growth dimension signal can not only reflect the growth of plants,but also prevent possible plant diseases.Therefore,the plant growth dimension signal has the significance of continuous and accurate monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,3D nanofibers were made by electrospinning technology,combined with the Internet of Things technology and material science,and then the intelligent sensor device based on flexible strain sensor was packaged by RTVS.It was tested in practical application and showed excellent sensing performance,high sensitivity,good repeatability and durability.(2)In this paper,an intelligent plant growth monitoring device based on flexible strain sensor is designed,and it is further applied to the research and development of plant growth monitoring system.The plant growth monitoring system consists of three parts: the plant growth information collection terminal,the remote server and the mobile APP monitoring terminal.(3)The flexible intelligent sensor equipment is used to collect the dimensional information of plant branches,the temperature and humidity sensor is used to collect the information of plant growth environment.The HX711 chip is used to realize the A/D conversion and amplification of signals,and then the converted data is further processed by the single chip microcomputer,and then the communication with the cloud server is realized by NB-IoT(Narrow Band-Internet of Things)BC26 communication module.Real-time monitoring is realized on the mobile APP terminal through the 4G module.The plant growth monitoring system can display,store and monitor the plant growth monitoring data on the cloud server through the Web.(4)In this paper,the actual application test is carried out,and the information collected by the flexible sensor is compared with the information collected by human beings.The intelligent device based on the flexible strain sensor has obvious advantages in sensitivity,accuracy and endurance.The experimental results show that the plant growth monitoring system designed in this paper can work stably and reliably,reaching the expected requirements.
