Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Animal Husbandry Enterprises

As an important part of China’s modern agriculture,the healthy development of animal husbandry has important strategic significance for the supply of national animal husbandry products,the development of rural areas,the improvement of farmers’ income and the national food security.In recent years,as the state has issued a number of supportive policies for animal husbandry,and the public has paid more and more attention to food safety issues,animal husbandry enterprises have attracted more and more attention from the society.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Party pointed out that we should comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,and accelerate the construction of an agricultural power.As an important part of agriculture,the significance of animal husbandry development has been put to an unprecedented height.Based on this,this article tries to sort out the development history and current situation of Chinese animal husbandry,and tries to measure the competitiveness of Chinese animal husbandry enterprises,and then proposes the strategy of improving the competitiveness of Chinese animal husbandry enterprises.To be specific,this paper takes the relevant theories of enterprise competitiveness as guidance,closely combines the specific national conditions of our country,fully absorbs the predecessors’ experience in the competition theory of other industries,and constructs the competitiveness evaluation system of animal husbandry enterprises,and takes the "leading enterprise" in animal husbandry enterprises--Helifeng Food Co.,Ltd.as an example.This paper evaluates its competitiveness and gives the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to enhance its competitiveness.First,this paper first clarified the historical evolution and development status of China’s animal husbandry enterprises,and sorted out the domestic and foreign research status of animal husbandry enterprises.Second,it defines the concept and connotation of the competitiveness of animal husbandry enterprises,describes the characteristics of animal husbandry enterprise competitiveness,and analyzes and summarizes the research on animal husbandry enterprise competitiveness.Thirdly,based on the relevant theories of enterprise competitiveness,the evaluation system of animal husbandry enterprise competitiveness covering 6 criterion layers and 18 index layers is constructed.Fourthly,after analyzing the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of 7 evaluation methods,the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the competitiveness of Hefeng Food Co.,LTD.The results show that the production operation ability and market development ability are the main factors that affect the competitiveness of the enterprise.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,the competitiveness evaluation of Hefeng Food Co.,Ltd.is excellent according to the four grades of evaluation,good,medium and poor.Finally,based on the evaluation results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further consolidating and enhancing the competitiveness of Hefeng Food Co.,LTD.,such as expanding the scale of the enterprise,improving the market development ability,enhancing the innovation ability of the enterprise,strengthening the marketing construction and modern production,strengthening the resource integration ability,and realizing the green transformation of the enterprise.To a certain extent,the research in this paper has expanded the research perspective and methods of the competitiveness of livestock enterprises,further enriched the theories related to the competitiveness of livestock enterprises,provided academic wisdom for the relevant research of livestock enterprises,and provided countermeasures and suggestions for further improving and consolidating the competitiveness of Helifeng Food Co.,LTD.,which is helpful to provide references for the government and enterprises to make reasonable decisions.It has important practical guiding significance for the sustainable development of our country’s animal husbandry enterprises.
