In this experiment,combined with drip irrigation water and fertilizer under film,a new application method of knotylamine control in cotton field in southern Xinjiang was explored,and the influence of drip knotylamine and nitrogen on the interaction of cotton growth and yield was studied,providing reference for light and simplified cultivation of cotton field.Three drip levels of acetaminide were set in this study,which were 525 g/hm~2(D1),1050 g/hm~2(D2)and 2100 g/hm~2(D3),respectively.Three nitrogen application levels were 150 kg/hm~2(N1),300 kg/hm~2(N2)and 450 kg/hm~2(N3),respectively.Conventional field application of nitroamine and nitrogen were used as control(CK).The application period was from bud stage to boll stage,divided into 4 drops.Each cotton field was dripped with nitrogen for 8 times.To study the interaction effect of nostril and nitrogen on cotton growth and yield under droplet application,and to explore the interaction effect of nostril and nitrogen.The main research results are as follows:(1)Cotton plant height decreased with the increase of the amount of arthrostatine,and showed an increasing trend with the increase of the amount of nitrogen;The interaction between nitroamine and cotton stem diameter showed different effects at different growth stages.The internode length of main stem of cotton showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the amount of knotylamine.The leaf area index of main stem leaves,fruit branches and leaves decreased with the increase of the dosage of DPC.The specific leaf weight of main stem,fruit branches and leaves of cotton was significantly affected by the application of nitroamine and nitrogen.(2)The dry matter accumulation of cotton at different growth stages was significantly affected by drip application of nitroamine and nitrogen.From bud stage to flowering stage,flowering stage to boll stage,boll stage to batting stage,the accumulation of main stem and fruit stem increased with the increase of nitrogen dosage.At different growth stages,the accumulation of stem matter reached the maximum value under the medium dosage of DPC,indicating that 1050(D2)g/hm~2of DPC was beneficial to the accumulation of stem matter in fruit.The dry matter accumulation of leaf branches decreased with the increase of the amount of arthrostatine,and increased with the increase of the amount of nitrogen.The dry matter accumulation of cotton reproductive organs increased first and then decreased with the increase of acetylamine dosage.(3)There was no significant effect on the number and height of fruit branches,but there was significant effect on the length of fruit branches.The length of fruit branches decreased with the increase of the amount of knotin,and the difference of the height of fruit branches was significant among different treatments.(4)The interaction between nitroamine and nitrogen had little effect on clothing fraction.The number of boll setting per plant CK was 25%less than that of D1N2,and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the amount of nitroamine and nitrogen.The weight of single boll first decreased and then increased with the increase of acetylamine dosage,and then increased with the increase of nitrogen dosage.The seed cotton yield under D2 treatment was 467.14 kg/hm~2higher than that under D3treatment.With the same nitrogen dosage,cotton lint fraction,boll setting per plant and seed cotton yield under D2 treatment were the highest,indicating that too high or too low concentration of DPC would decrease cotton yield.In conclusion,in terms of cotton growth regulation,the application of DPC with drip can play the same effect as the conventional spraying of DPC in the field.This study provides theoretical basis for cotton lightweight cultivation technology.The plant height,stem diameter,fruit branch length and internode length of main stem of cotton were inhibited by drip application of nobularine,while nitrogen promoted the agronomic characters of cotton.The interaction between nitroamine and cotton dry matter has different effects.Therefore,1050 g/hm~2and 300 kg/hm~2of nitrogen are recommended for cotton in southern Xinjiang.
