Dasineura jujubifolia is the main pests on jujube trees in China.The harm trend of Dasineura jujubifolia Jiang is gradually increasing,resulted in a serious threat to the development of the jujube industry with the continuous development of jujube industry,especially in the Alar region of Xinjiang.The occurrence regularity of gall mosquito was not clear,and there are few reports.The control method was relatively single and chemical control brings pesticide residues continue to aggravate and other problems in Xinjiang Alar region.This paper explores the green control measures of Dasineura jujubifolia through field investigation,combined with agricultural control measures and screening of chemical pesticides with low toxicity and residue.This paper provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for effective control of Dasineura jujubifolia.The main results were as follows.1.Many adult overwintering generation of Dasineura jujubifolia began to emerge at the end of April.The overwintering adults overlapped with the first adult-onset generation from late April to early May.The peak of the first-generation adults occurred in mid-May and the peak of the second-generation adults occurred in early June.The peak of the third-generation adult appeared in mid-June,and then the number of adult Dasineura jujubifolia declined rapidly.2.The natural enemies of Dasineura jujubifolia were mainly external parasitoids and two kinds of internal parasitoids.The COI gene sequencing and molecular identification of external parasitoids were carried out,and the NCBI database blast comparison showed that the external parasitoids were closely related to Tamarixia radiata and Tetrastichus howardi in the database,but the species of external parasitoids were not defined.3.The results showed that spring irrigation was beneficial to the emergence of the overwintering generation of Dasineura jujubifolia.The number of Dasineura jujubifolia in the overwintering spring irrigation was significantly higher than that in the non-spring irrigation.At peak period,the number of adult Dasineura jujubifolia captured reached 7:1 in the spring irrigation and no spring irrigation.4.The results of the experiment on the incidence of Dasineura jujubifolia in the jujube garden showed that the garden cloth could effectively control the Dasineura jujubifolia.The relative control effects of full coverage,75% coverage,and 50% coverage on the first generation of Dasineura jujubifolia were 92.1%,63.9% and 24.0%,respectively.The results showed that the death rate of the first generation of larvae and pupae was 93.0%,and the corrected death rate was 90.8%.5.A total of 10 insecticides were used to determine the indoor toxicity of insecticides to the larvae of Dasineura jujubifolia.The results showed that 20% furanolide SC had the strongest toxicity,with an LC50 of 0.035 m L/L.The LC50 of 22.4% snail ethyl ester SC was 10.594 m L/L.The five agents,2.5%doxacycline SC,70% thiamethoxam WG,20% furoximide SC,5% high-efficiency cyfluthrin EC and 22%fludifenitril SC,had better effect of prevention.Three agents,20% furanidin SC,2.5% doracidin SC and2% matrine AS,were tested in the field.The results showed that the effect of prevention of 20% furanidin SC100.0μL/L had the best control effect of 84.7%,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments.There was no significant difference among the three control effects.In addition,2.5%doxacycline SC and 20% furanidin SC had better rapid and persistent effects. |
