China is a big country in traditional agricultural production.At present,computer technology,wireless communication technology,sensor technology and other information technology rapid development,research and exploration to build agricultural Internet of things is an important way to achieve agricultural and rural modernization development.Agricultural Internet of things through the installation in the process of the management and service of agricultural production of various kinds of sensors,collect all kinds of production information,then through the Internet,mobile communication network and wireless sensor network connection,the information that will identify effective transmission,scientific decision,and by manual and automatic way to start the corresponding control equipment,To realize scientific monitoring and control of the whole process of agricultural production before,during and after production.Edible fungi industry is a green,ecological and recyclable industry,which has different environmental needs in different growth stages and is the pillar industry and local characteristic industry for local farmers to get rich.However,its standardization and intelligent cultivation degree is not high,which will lead to uneven quality,unstable output and low production efficiency of edible fungi.The research on the monitoring and control technology of edible fungi growth environment based on the Internet of things is not only conducive to promoting the integrated development of information technology and traditional agriculture,improving the quality and yield of edible fungi,but also conducive to the development of the traditional edible fungi industry towards the direction of informationization,intelligence and precision of modern agriculture.In this paper,through extensive research on the development and application value of domestic and foreign edible fungus industry,combined with the development status of local edible fungus industrial park,taking the production of the representative bisporus mushroom in the practice base as an example,the monitoring system based on the Internet of things for the growth environment of edible fungi was built,and various control mechanisms were analyzed.The following aspects are mainly studied:(1)Monitoring the production environment of edible fungi.The growth of agaricus bisporus,for instance,through real-time monitoring,recording the train matrix in the process of production,the growth environment of temperature and humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide,analysis in the local soil and air temperature and humidity environment,the agaricus bisporus in different growth stage is the key factor of the environmental impact,and the control range of the optimal growth conditions.Common sensors are used to form a sensor network,which is connected to the Internet of Things controller.Through signal conversion and data transmission,real-time monitoring of the growth environment of edible fungi is realized.(2)Research on edible fungus networking technology based on the Internet of Things,analyze and study three scenarios of network system startup,new sensors and logical isolation in asynchronous system.In a synchronous system,data transmission and work plan adjustment are illustrated by examples.A hybrid asynchronous synchronous MAC protocol for low traffic load applications and high cycle traffic is proposed.(3)Study on environmental control mechanism of edible fungi growth.Examples are given to introduce the relevant control equipment,analyze the algorithm principle and various control mechanisms,explain the relevant function keys,early warning mechanism,etc.,to realize the remote control application software downloaded from mobile phone and PC,and realize remote monitoring after matching online.(4)According to user needs,modular design of edible fungus production environment monitoring and management system.Through the login system,you can query the production time,production batch,agricultural residues detection and other production information of edible fungi,and can also synchronize the data of environmental monitoring in the production process,and form a statistical summary of the production report,and realize the printing report function.Based on Internet of things in the edible fungus growth environment monitoring and control technology research,is not only the precision,automation,anniversary of the founding of the edible fungus industry,the important path of the development of large-scale production,and achieve the production process of "aware of-decision-control-" the practice application of the closed-loop management can effectively improve the quality of the edible fungus production,increasing the income of the mushroom,We will help develop local industries with distinctive local characteristics and promote rural revitalization.
