In order to explore the effect of the cluster size of ‘Longjing 43’ tea garden on the spatial distribution pattern of Ectropis oblique hypulina,Pentatomidae and Empoasca onukii,as well as the degree of aggregation and the cause of the aggregation. To identify the dominant species of natural enemies of the 3 pests, and determine the interspecific competitiveness and differences of the natural enemies of the hunting spiders that prey on the 3 pests in the tea garden. To clarify the correlation between the population of Ectropis oblique hypulina and the biochemical substances in tea.To provide scientific basis for comprehensive management of tea garden pests. In this thesis, the population quantity of Ectropis oblique hypulina,Pentatomidae,Empoasca onukii and their natural enemies in the ‘Longjing 43’ tea garden of the National High-tech Agricultural Park of Anhui Agricultural University in 2021 and 2022 were investigated. At the same time,to determine the content of biochemical substances in 9 kinds of tea garden tea.The spatial dynamics of Ectropis oblique hypulina,Pentatomidae and Empoasca onukii and natural enemies in the ‘Longjing 43’ tea garden under different aggregation conditions were analyzed using the population aggregation mean method, gray correlation degree method and cluster square analysis of variance. The results showed that,in the ‘Longjing43’ tea garden,Tetragnatha squamata,Oxyopes sertatus and Erigonidium graminicolum are the top 3 natural enemies closely related to the Ectropis oblique hypulina in space.O.sertatus,E.graminicolum,and Xysticus ephippiafus are the top 3 natural enemies closely related to the Pentatomidae in space.O.sertatus,T.squamata,and Misumenops tricuspidatus are the top 3 natural enemies closely related to the Empoasca onukii in space.Using angle cosine coefficient method, geostatistics analysis method, gray system analysis method and ecological analysis method to analyze the quantitative, temporal and spatial relationships between the three pests and their natural enemies in the ‘Longjing 43’tea garden. The results showed that,in terms of quantity, time and space,M.tricuspidatus,Plexippus setipet,T.squamata and X.ephippiafus are the top 4 natural enemies closely related to the Ectropis oblique hypulina.T.squamata,Theridion octomaculatum,Clubiona japonicola and P.setipet are the top 4 natural enemies closely related to the Pentatomidae.P.setipet,T.squamata,E.graminicolum and Clubiona reichlini are the top 4 natural enemies closely related to the Empoasca onukii. The absoluta value of λ increased as the increase of sample number. The quantity of pests peaked when λ was larger than 2 and the aggregation was caused by itself. The competition coefficient analysis method was used to analyze the interspecific competition of 8 species of hunting spiders preying on pests in the ‘Longjing 43’ tea garden during the peak day of 3 pests. The results showed that, according to the comparison of competition coefficient, the top 4 hunting spiders are the X.ephippiafus,C.japonicola,P.setipet and E.graminicolum.The sum of competition coefficients is 6.5762、6.5700、6.6474 and 6.4934.The pearson correlation analysis, path analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the content of biochemical substances in tea and the population of Ectropis obliqua hypulina. From the correlation coefficient, the content of flavonol glycosides and amino acids in tea are most closely related to the number of Ectropis obliqua hypulina.Through path analysis and regression analysis, the contents of catechins, flavonol glycosides and amino acids are the three biochemical substances with the most significant correlation with the number of Ectropis obliqua hypulina.Comprehensive analysis showed that the content of amino acids was the biochemical substance with the most significant correlation with the number of Ectropis obliqua hypulina and they had feeding resistance to Ectropis obliqua hypulina. The research results provide a scientific basis for the insect-resistant breeding of Ectropis obliqua hypulina.
