The arthropod community in Huangshan large leaf tea garden in the science and technology demonstration park of Anhui Agricultural University was investigated in the two high incidence periods of Empoasca onukii Matsuda in autumn and winter2020 and spring and summer 2021,and the high incidence period of Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)in autumn and winter 2020.Based on the survey results, the spatial relationship between the Empoasca onukii Matsuda,Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)and their main predatory natural enemies was analyzed by using the methods of geostatistical analysis, cluster quadrat analysis of variance, diffusion coefficient and grey system analysis. The purpose is to find out the natural enemies closely related to the spatial follow-up of Empoasca onukii Matsuda and Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)in Huangshan large leaf tea garden. At the same time, the "one bud and two leaves" of9 different varieties of tea trees in the science and technology demonstration park of Anhui Agricultural University were detected by HPLC to explore the reasons for the preference of Empoasca onukii Matsuda to different tea trees. In order to provide help for the biological control of pests in the process of tea growth.(1)Investigate the tea garden and the selection of main pests and natural enemiesThe investigated tea gardens are Huangshan large leaf tea garden, baihaozao tea garden,Wuniuzao tea garden,Longjing changye tea garden,longjing-43 tea garden,Pingyang te early tea garden,Nongkang zao tea garden,Anji white tea garden and Shucha zao tea garden. The investigation scope is the dynamics of arthropod community in tea garden. The main pests damaging tea trees in the tea garden were Empoasca onukii Matsuda,Ectropis obliqua hypulina Wehrli,Toxoptera aurantii,Apolygus lucorμm and Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom),some of which are not only the main pests of tea plants, but also endanger other crops. The main predatory natural enemy of tea pests is Tetragnatha squamata,Tetragnatha maxillosa,Erigonidium graminicolum,Misumenops tricuspidatus,Clubiona japonicola,Oxyopes sertatus,Propylaea japonica,Harmonia axyridis,Chrysoperla sinica Tjeder.Huangshan large leaf tea garden is the main research object. The Empoasca onukii Matsuda is the main pest research object.(2)Spatial relationship between natural enemies and Empoasca onukii Matsuda and Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)According to the survey data and analysis model, the results are as follows: 1)in the autumn and winter of 2020,the top three natural enemies in Huangshan large leaf tea garden, which are closely related to the space of Empoasca onukii Matsuda, according to the geostatistics method are Clubiona japonicola,Oxyopes sertatus and Tetragnatha squamata.According to the calculation results of block quadrat analysis of variance,it is Oxyopes sertatus,Clubiona japonicola, and Erigonidium graminicolum.According to the calculation results of niche overlap analysis,it is followed by Misumenops tricuspidatus,Erigonidium graminicolum and Clubiona japonicola.According to the calculation results of diffusion coefficient analysis,it is followed by Misumenops tricuspidatus,Erigonidium graminicolum and Clubiona japonicola.2)In the spring and summer of 2021,the top three natural enemies closely related to the space of Empoasca onukii Matsuda in Huangshan large leaf tea garden according to the geostatistics method are Oxyopes sertatus,Erigonidium graminicolum and Clubiona japonicola.According to the calculation results of block quadrat analysis of variance,it is Oxyopes sertatus,Erigonidium graminicolum and Tetragnatha maxillosa.According to the calculation results of diffusion coefficient analysis method,it is Clubiona japonicola,Misumenops tricuspidatus and Oxyopes sertatus.3)In the autumn and winter of 2020,the top three natural enemies closely related to the space of Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)in Huangshan Large leaf tea garden according to the geostatistics method are Tetragnatha squamata,Oxyopes sertatus and Clubiona japonicola.According to the calculation results of block quadrat analysis of variance,it is Erigonidium graminicolum,Misumenops tricuspidatus and Oxyopes sertatus.According to the calculation results of diffusion coefficient analysis,Tetragnatha maxillosa,Tetragnatha squamata and Misumenops tricuspidatus are in order.According to the analysis results of the spatial relationship between natural enemies and target pests, according to three different methods, the conclusion is that for the top three natural enemies closely related to the target pests selected in Huangshan large leaf tea garden, any two analysis methods have the same two natural enemies. If the geostatistics method is prevail, the analysis results of the cluster quadrat variance analysis method are close to those of the geostatistics method.(3)Relationship between natural enemies and the number of Empoasca onukii Matsuda and Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)The quantitative relationship between predatory natural enemies and tea pests,Empoasca onukii Matsuda and Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)in Huangshan large leaf tea garden was studied by using the grey correlation method. The top three natural enemies closely related to the number of Empoasca onukii Matsuda were three Misumenops tricuspidatus,Erigonidium graminicolum and Oxyopes sertatus in autumn and winter of 2020.In spring and summer of 2021,they were Clubiona japonicola,Tetragnatha squamata and Misumenops tricuspidatus. The first three natural enemies closely related to the number of Frankliniella intonsa(Trybom)are Tetragnatha squamata,Clubiona japonicola and Misumenops tricuspidatus.(4)Correlation between tea plant contents and Empoasca onukii MatsudaHigh performance liquid chromatography and amino acid analyzer were used to detect water-soluble polysaccharides, amino acids and their components about 50 kinds in Huangshan large leaf tea tree,Anji white tea tree,Pingyang te zao tea tree, baihaozao tea tree,Wuniu zao tea tree,longjing-43 tea tree,Longjing changye tea tree,Nongkang zao tea tree and Shucha zao tea tree. The correlation coefficient between the detection results and the population of Empoasca onukii Matsuda was tested.According to the test results of the tested samples, the contents of maltose, caffeine and 4 caffeoylquinic acid in tea buds(leaves)are related to the number of tea plant pests, and the contents of gallicatechin and catechin(c)are basically related to the number of tea plant pests. The compounds with high correlation with the number of insect population of Empoasca onukii Matsuda were analyzed by grey correlation analysis. It is closely related to the number of insect population of Empoasca onukii Matsuda. The content of tea plant is caffeine, followed by catechin(c).
