| As people have higher and higher requirements for green and healthy livestock and poultry products,the sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry has been restricted by antibiotics to a certain extent,so antibiotic-free farming is the key way to solve the abuse of antibiotics and the inevitable direction of the safe production of livestock products.Butyric acid compounds and Astragalus polysaccharides can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity.They are new feed additives and have broad application prospects.This experiment explored the application of sodium butyrate and Astragalus polysaccharide as feed additives to replace antibiotics in culture production,and carried out healthy culture.A total of 288 newly born Xianju broilers were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups.The feed was fed with sodium butyrate and Astragalus polysaccharide,and each group was fed separately: The basic diet,the basic diet added 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide,the basic diet added 250mg/kg coated sodium butyrate,The basic diet was supplemented with 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate,the basic diet was supplemented with 1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate,the basic diet was supplemented with 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide.The experiment lasted for 70 days,and the performance,slaughter performance,serum immune indexes,serum biochemical indexes,serum antioxidant indexes and intestinal microflora of Xianju broilers were tested.The results are as follows:1.On day 21 of experiment,the average daily gain of Xianju broilers in 1000mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 136.86 g,and that in 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group with 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 136.51 g,which was significantly higher than that in control group(p<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain in1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 1.78,and that in 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 1.75,which was significantly lower than that in control group of 1.82(p<0.05).In test 42 d,the feed to gain ratio of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 1.48,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05)(1.57).2.The content of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA and IgM of Xianju broilers was 4.81g/L,2.07g/L and 1.90g/L in 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group.Significantly higher than 4.74g/L Ig G content,1.69g/L Ig A content and 1.43g/L Ig M content in control group(p<0.05);The Ig M content of1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 1.83g/L,which was significantly higher than that of control group(1.43g/L)(p<0.05).The interleukin-2 content of 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group was 240.80pg/m L,that of 250mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 222.41pg/m L and that of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was198.37pg/m L,which was significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05);The interleukin-6 content of 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group was 166.55pg/m L,that of 250mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 149.92pg/m L and that of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 131.09pg/m L,which was significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The content of superoxide dismutase in 1000mg/kg APS group was 55.23U/m L,that in 250mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 65.56U/m L,that in500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 75.55U/m L,and that in 1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 81.14U/m L and 500 mg The content of superoxide dismutase in the compound group coated with sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide was 89.12U/m L compared with 51.08U/m L in the control group(p<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity of 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated with 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 9.24U/m L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(6.43U/m L)(p<0.05).The content of glutathione peroxidase in 250mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 379.47U/m L,that in 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 419.52U/m L,that in 1000mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 444.85U/m L and that in 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated with 1000mg/kg APS The glutathione peroxidase content of 454.52U/m L in group was significantly higher than that of 369.88U/m L in control group(p<0.05).The content of catalase in the 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 27.22U/m L,the 1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was30.82U/m L,and the 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg APS complex group was 34.99U/m L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of26.16U/m L hydrogen peroxide Enzyme content(p<0.05);The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group was 4.72nmol/m L and that in500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide complex group was 3.51nmol/m L,which was significantly lower than that in control group(p<0.05).The triglyceride content of the control group was 0.10mmol/L,and that of Xianju broilers in 1000mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 0.2mmol/L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).3.The slaughter rate of Xianju broilers in 1000mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was86.51%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(83.06%)(p<0.05).The half evisceration rate of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 81.64%,that of1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 81.74% and that of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide complex group was 81.50%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The eviction rate of1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 75.81% and that of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 75.64%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.13%)(p<0.05).4.The analysis of intestinal microbe OPLS-DA showed that the microbe composition of Xianju broilers in the test group was significantly different from that of the control group,and the microbe composition of 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group and 1000mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was similar.The analysis of dependent level components showed that the content of Spirillum vitreus in 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 3.16%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The content of micrococcus butyricum in 1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 1.38%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(0.47%)(p<0.05).The content of other bacteria in 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group was 75.93%,that in 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group was 75.63%,and that in 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide compound group was 68.22,which was significantly lower than that in control group(p<0.05).The analysis of Venn diagram showed that the maximum number of genus species of Xianju broilers in the 250mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group was 7817 and the maximum number of unique broilers was3899.From the analysis of Beta diversity,it was found that the intestinal microbial structure of 1000mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group,500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide complex group,1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group,250mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group and 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate group were consistent.The sparse curve of intestinal microbes showed that the intestinal microbes of 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide group and 500mg/kg sodium butyrate group,1000mg/kg sodium butyrate group and 500mg/kg sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide complex group were more consistent.From the analysis of species composition heat map of intestinal microorganisms,it was found that the species composition structure of intestinal microorganisms in the control group and the500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group,the 250mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group and the 500mg/kg sodium butyrate coated group with 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide complex group were consistent.The results confirmed that coated sodium butyrate and Astragalus polysaccharide can improve the growth performance,improve the serum antioxidant function and serum immune function of broilers,and promote the growth and reproduction of intestinal microorganisms of broilers,and the dietary combination of 500mg/kg coated sodium butyrate and 1000mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharide has the best effect. |
