Camellia sinensis is an important cash crop in China,weeds in tea gardens are an important factor affecting the yield and quality of tea.In order to grasp the characteristics of weeds in tea gardens at medium and low altitudes,guide the weed control work in tea gardens.This survey uses the method of foot investigation,In 2019~2022 to Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan Tea Garden and In 2023 year 16 tea gardens in Jinzhai tea area weed composition was investigated and a list of weeds was made.In order to confirm the control targets,on the basis of the inventory preparation,the malignant weed species in the two places were determined through comparative methods and data review.In order to find the Suppress grass with grass method with good grass control effect,a variety of Suppress grass with grass method prevention statistics were collected in the tea garden of Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan in 2021 and 2022.At the same time,weeding control trials of complementary and alternative food-grade herbicides to suppress grass with grass measures were carried out using spraying.The main findings are as follows:1.In order to grasp the characteristics of weeds in medium and low altitude tea gardens and guide the weed control work in tea gardens,this survey used the method of step investigation to investigate the composition of weeds in the tea garden of Nongcuiyuan Tea Garden and Jinzhai Tea Area of Anhui Agricultural University and made a list of weeds.The survey identified a total of 98 weed species in Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan tea garden,belonging to 29 Family and 81 Genus.Among them,dicots,monocots and fern weeds accounted for 81%,18% and 1% respectively.Among them,the top 10 weeds in the tea garden of Annon Da Nong Cuiyuan are Galium aparine,Sonchus asper,Veronica persica,Capsella bursa-pastoris,Stellaria media,Cerastium glomeratum,Geranium wilfordii,Calystegia hederacea,Vicia sativa,Lamium amplexicaule.The survey identified the weed species in tea gardens in Jinzhai Tea Area,and a total of124 weed species in 16 tea gardens in Jinzhai Tea Area,belonging to 34 Family and 95 Genus.Among them,dicots,monocots and fern weeds accounted for 90.3%,7.3% and2.4%,respectively.Among them,the top 10 weeds in the tea garden are Veronica persica,Galium aparine,Calystegia hederacea,Convolvulus arvensis,Capsella bursa-pastoris,Geranium wilfordii,Vicia sativa,Stellaria media.2.In order to explore the factors affecting the diversity of weeds in tea gardens,the community diversity analysis function of DPS software was used,Analysis of the occurrence frequency of weeds in Annon Da Nong Cui Garden and Analysis of weed occurrence frequency in 16 tea gardens in Jinzhai tea area.It was concluded that weed diversity in tea gardens was related to tea garden management,season and altitude.Among them,the diversity of weed in tea gardens will increase with the introduction of tea varieties,will increase with altitude,and the diversity of weed in tea gardens will rise from spring to autumn and decline in winter.3.In order to confirm the control targets of weeds in medium and low altitude tea gardens,the comprehensive grass damage index was calculated by identifying the occurrence frequency,morphology identification and data of weeds in 16 tea gardens in Annong Da Nong Cuiyuan Tea Garden and Jinzhai.The vicious weeds in the tea garden of Annon Da Nong Cuiyuan were clarified.The malignant weed in the tea garden of Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan is Convolvulus arvensis,Galium aparine,Cayratia japonica,Vicia sativa,Calystegia hederacea,Sonchus asper,Sonchus oleraceus,Malachium aquaticum.The malignant weeds in the tea garden of Jinzhai tea area are Galium spurium,Cerastium glomeratum,Stellaria aquatica,Geranium carolinianum,Sonchus oleraceus,Cerastium glomeratum,Artemisia lavandulaefolia,Veronica persica.4.In order to find the Suppress grass with grass method treatment that is close to the weed-proof black cloth treatment in tea gardens,replace the black cloth treatment.The prevention effectiveness of three kinds of weed-control measures in Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan showed that the control effect of black cloth treatment was 83%,the control effect of planting Vulpia myuros was 73%,and the control effect of planting Trifolium repens was 59%,and the results showed that the control effect of planting Vulpia myuros was closer to that of black cloth treatment.To understand the inhibitory effect of the Suppress grass with grass method on malignant weeds in Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan Garden.By calculating the incidence of malignant weeds under the three Suppress grass with grass method in Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan Garden,Vulpia myuros,Trifolium repens,Medicago sativa,The average control efficacy of the three Suppress grass with grass methods on malignant weeds in Anhui Agricultural University Nongcuiyuan tea garden was 70%,55% and 31%,respectively.5.At the same time,the weeding control effect test of food-grade herbicide substitute and supplement with grass suppression was carried out,and the spraying method was used to test the weeding control effect of the configured ACL(Acetic acid: citric acid: L-malic acid is 1:1:1)solution.Among them,the results of laboratory ex vivo test showed that ACL could inhibit the three kinds of weeds tested.The results of the ACL field grass control effect test showed that 20% concentration of ACL could inhibit Cerastium glomeratum,Geranium carolinianum and Sonchus asper at 72 h at 52.3%,61.3% and 67.0%,respectively.
