Under the upsurge of the country to promote the modernization of agricultural machinery,the requirements for agricultural machinery and equipment suitable for mountain orchards are getting higher and higher,especially in mountainous areas with less labor force.At present,there are few machines that can effectively work in mountain orchards,with single functions,and Poor smoothness in complex road conditions,which cannot guarantee safety.In order to alleviate the current pattern of “small,scattered,and chaotic”;and improve the smoothness of operating equipment,the method of theoretical analysis combined with experimental verification is used to study agricultural machinery serving mountain orchards,and develop new multi-functional equipment to assist fruit farmers to complete most of the operations in mountain orchards can be done with one machine for multiple purposes.The main research contents of this paper are:Through on-the-spot investigation,it is clear that the operations that the equipment needs to be assisted with mainly include: lifting,loading and transportation,plowing,fertilization,picking,etc,with this as the goal to design a multifunctional small mountain orchard maintenance equipment that integrates multiple functions.Through multi-party discussions,determine the design scheme of the overall and each module,use Solidworks software to complete the establishment of the 3D models of each module of the equipment,and complete the virtual assembly;build the dynamic model of the equipment system with different degrees of freedom,and calculate the response of the equipment under the excitation of uneven road conditions The expressions of the main parameters that affect the response change are analyzed,and the calculation and design of them are carried out,and the force analysis of the main components is carried out;the actual working environment of the equipment is simulated according to the calculation results,and the dynamic simulation is carried out by using ADAMS software,and optimisation of unreasonable components using parametric processing,analyze the safety and smoothness of the equipment during the movement process,conduct static analysis on the key stress-bearing parts,and process and manufacture non-standard parts after confirming that they meet the strength requirements;finally obtain the prototype and carry out lifting The basic performance test of the mechanism and the smoothness test of the whole machine have verified the effectiveness of the prototype of the mountain orchard maintenance equipment.Through the above research,this paper developed a multi-functional small mountain orchard maintenance equipment based on the method of multi-module design.By the prototype motion test,it was obtained that the maximum value of the lateral offset angle of the bodywork is 2.3°,and the root mean square of the comprehensive total weighted acceleration The maximum value is 0.9129,and the obtained equipment meets the design requirements after the smoothness determination.It effectively alleviates the disadvantages of the existing mountain orchards with various types of machinery but single functions and improves the safety and smoothness of such equipment.
