Abstract/Summary:
At present,the working environment of mountain orchards is complex,and it is difficult for machines to enter orchards for operations,and manual operations consume a lot of labor.Therefore,the design and manufacture of transport aircraft operating in mountain orchards is imminent.This article describes the main technical parameters,structural composition,and working methods of self-propelled monorail conveyors in mountain orchards;design of key component structures;study of technical issues such as operational safety and anti-falling;dynamic analysis of the track using finite element technology;Partial parameters of transport aircraft operation are obtained through experiments,which provide data support for the performance optimization of transport aircraft.The prototype was demonstrated at the Orchard Base in Ji’an City,Jiangxi Province,and it can meet the smooth transportation with a load of 400kg(uphill)and 500 kg(downhill),a maximum gradient of 45 °,a minimum turning radius of 4m and a walking speed of 0.7m?s.The results show that it works well and meets the complex working environment.The main achievements of the paper are: designing the power and speed of the gasoline engine using the gasoline engine as the power source;designing the mechanical transmission scheme;optimizing the design of the belt transmission and gear transmission according to the starting and stopping operating conditions;designing the triple safety protection device including the speed limiter and clutch And brakes to prevent accidents caused by the rapid and slow movement of the terrain due to the constraints of terrain conditions during transport aircraft operation;numerical analysis and simulation of the track force under a virtual environment;and mechanical test data collection and analysis of the track at the orchard base.The triple safety protection device of the transport aircraft is designed,including speed limiter,clutch and brake,to prevent the transport aircraft from running fast and slow due to the constraints of terrain conditions,to avoid accidents during the operation of the machine,which will not cause accidents necessary loss.The operation test results of the prototype show that the maximum error between the simulation value and the experimental value of the track mechanics experiment is 12%,the minimum error is 11%,and the average error is approximately 11.6%.The simulation results are reliable.The larger value of the amplitude of the cargo trolley of the transport aircraft is mainly concentrated in the vibration frequency range of 70-150 hz,with a vibration amplitude of 0.02-0.06 cm,while the vibration frequency that has a greater impact on fruit transportation is in the range of 10 hz,and the vibration amplitude is lower than 0.08 cm,the vibration of the cargo trolley has little effect on fruit transportation.The overall noise of the transport aircraft is concentrated between 20-50 db,which is smaller than the national standard of 82 db.It conforms to the national standard and the transport aircraft can be used normally.There is a deviation between the actual speed of the conveyor and the theoretical calculation speed,and the actual speed is less than the theoretical speed,the transmission efficiency loss is about 0.14-0.15,and the operating speed of the conveyor should be corrected according to the actual value.The running speed of the prototype should be corrected according to the actual value.
