With the rapid development of economy,improving the utilization efficiency of water resources has become an urgent problem to be solved in China.As the core component of water conservancy project,the working environment of water pump is bad,resulting in low efficicncy and frequent failure of water pump,The monitoring of the running state of the pump is a complex process.The traditional manual inspection method cannot grasp the running state of the pump in time and accurately.The real-time monitoring of the pump system through automation technology can improve the independent monitoring ability of the running state of the pump system and realize the abnormal detection and condition-based maintenance of the pump system.Therefore,it is of great research significance and engineering value to carry out intelligent monitoring research on the operating state of pump system and improve the reliability,and safety of pump system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of monitoring the operation state of the pump system,this project first designs the overall structure of the water circulation system with the existing experimental site constraints,analyzes the pipeline loss,local loss and cavitation margin,and selects the pump unit.Considering the frequent faults of the pump unit,the fault characteristics are analyzed,and the monitoring parameters of the water circulation system and the matching sensors and acquisition system are selected to complete the construction of the pump experimental system.(2)Aiming at the problem of running state monitoring of pump system,the pump monitoring software based on LabVIEW is studied,and the real-time monitoring of multi-source sensor information of pump system is realized.The intelligent system of water pump monitoring is designed,which includes the storage and display function of water pump monitoring data,the noise reduction function of water pump monitoring signal,the data analysis function of water pump monitoring and the abnormal detection function of water pump.The fault injection method is used to verify the effectiveness of the pump monitoring intelligent system from multi-source monitoring parameter acquisition and display to filtering noise reduction and preliminary anomaly detection.(3)Aiming at the requirements of pump anomaly detection accuracy and fault diagnosis,an intelligent anomaly detection and fault diagnosis method based on feature extraction and artificial intelligence is studied.By selecting the optimal multi-source sensor parameters,the information redundancy is reduced and the sensor is extracted. |
