With the rapid development of China's agriculture,higher and complex requirements have been put forward for the function of combine harvesters.The research on the intelligent monitoring system of the combine harvester is beneficial to improve the working efficiency of the combine harvester in the field,and issue an early warning signal when the combine harvester is going woring,and make adjustment timely.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the monitoring and diagnosis system of combined harvester faults for the development of agricultural machinery in China.This article is based on the characteristics of the combine harvester in the bad field work environment.The data acquisition,display and fault diagnosis of the status information of the key working parts of the combine harvester are completed.Firstly,the hardware design of the combine harvester fault monitoring and diagnosis system was completed,The main research contents include the hardware design of the monitoring system for combine harvester faults,the hardware circuit design for engine,vibrating screen vibration,threshing drum and header vibration signal monitoring,and the circuit design of GPS harvesting position monitoring.Granary,engine,water tank temperature and humidity monitoring hardware design,granary and environmental humidity signal acquisition hardware design,hardware design for header height monitoring,hardware design of key rotating parts speed detection.Then the software design of the combined harvester fault monitoring system was completed,Software program design of Temperature Data Detection by DS18B20 Temperature Sensor,DHT11 monitoring humidity software program was designed.Software program design for speed monitoring of key rotating parts,the software program design of acceleration vibration sensor monitoring was completed.the software program for obtaining the location of the combine harvester by the GPS positioning module was completed.The software program for laser ranging sensor to capture the height of the header was designed.GUIBulider graphical interface design and Graphic interface showing the design of Chinese characters,STemwin user graphical interface shows the status of each working part of the combine harvester.Finally,Speed monitoring of key rotating parts of the combine harvester,The monitored speed variable is fuzzified,the fault diagnosis model is established,the optimal membership function is determined,and the fault diagnosis fuzzy model rule base is established.The belt elastic wheel is used to judge the four faults of the vibrating screen,the threshing drum,the feeding auger,and the cutter.The method of fault diagnosis based on T-S fuzzy model combine harvester is studied.Some functions are implemented by C language program based on STM32 platform.
