| Integrated water,fertilizer and pesticide drip irrigation is a rapidly developing agricultural irrigation technology in China.Using this technology,drip irrigation control equipment can mix water with water-soluble fertilizers and pesticides in a certain proportion and deliver them to the roots of crops to achieve the goal of water control,fertilizer reduction,and drug saving.Currently,water-soluble fertilizers and pesticides are not widely used in China,and agricultural production personnel lack the technical knowledge for fertilizer and pesticide mixing ratios.In the process of drip irrigation,there are generally problems such as unreasonable water,fertilizer and pesticide drip irrigation schemes and low control accuracy.Improper fertilization and pest control activities will damage the production environment of crops and seriously affect crop yield and quality.To address the problems in current agricultural water,fertilizer,and pesticide application activities,this paper takes Yuenong Variety Peach Planting Base in Weihui City as the implementation target,constructs water,fertilizer,and pesticide implementation models required for peach tree water-fertilizer-pesticide integration system based on research on water,fertilizer,and pesticide application,and optimizes the water,fertilizer,and pesticide control strategies.Based on the control model,a peach orchard water-fertilizer-pesticide integration control system is designed.This paper mainly discusses three aspects.(1)Analyzing the demand rules of water,fertilizer,and pesticide during peach tree growth,based on the existing mixing ratio model and relying on the research results of water-soluble fertilizers and pesticides implementation decisions provided by our school’s experts,constructs a water,fertilizer,and pesticide application decision model for peach tree planting.The pesticide application model uses the method of root absorption of water-soluble pesticides to remove diseases and pests,and the fertilization model uses the nutrient balance method.(2)Based on the existing PID drip irrigation control technology and the peach tree fertilization and pesticide application model,this paper proposes a PID drip irrigation control method with limited-integral attenuation.In the drip irrigation process of fertilization and pesticide application,the control accuracy of fertilization and pesticide application is dynamically adjusted through feedback analysis of water,fertilizer,and pesticide control effects.Experimental analysis shows that this method achieves the demand for integrated and precise control of water,fertilizer,and pesticides.(3)Based on the Internet of Things remote control technology,a peach orchard water-fertilizer-pesticide integration system is designed and developed.The design includes three parts:upper computer,lower computer,and mobile APP,and the water,fertilizer,and pesticide control system of the peach orchard is tested.The application proves that the water,fertilizer,and pesticide integration drip irrigation system can achieve the goal of water,fertilizer,and pesticide reduction,significantly reducing the production cost of fruit tree planting. |
