Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Livestock Farmers And Herdsmen Professional Cooperatives In Rikaze

The development of rural areas,the living conditions of farmers,and the production of agriculture have always been valued by the state,and farmers’ professional cooperatives have become an important way to promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Farmers’ professional cooperatives organize loose small farmers,unblock information exchange channels,reduce transaction costs,and strive for more benefits for farmers.In Shigatse,the members of the specialized cooperative of livestock farmers and herdsmen mainly join the cooperative through the way of grassland and livestock and poultry,fully liberating the surplus labor force,playing a leading role,and driving farmers and herdsmen to increase income and become rich.Although Shigatse’s professional cooperative of livestock farmers and herdsmen has developed well,the cooperative still has problems such as unbalanced development.What are the main factors affecting its development? What plays an important role? These problems need to be studied in depth to help the healthy development of Shigatse’s professional cooperative of livestock farmers and herdsmen.Therefore,this article explores the influencing factors of the development of specialized cooperatives for livestock farmers and herdsmen in Shigatse City.Based on public choice theory,transaction cost theory,resource based theory,and market intervention theory,SPSS data analysis software is used to analyze the following conclusions through the use of multiple ordered logistic regression models: firstly,in terms of the basic characteristics of cooperative leaders,educational level,years of serving as cooperative leaders Whether a member of the Communist Party of China has a positive and significant impact on the development of cooperatives,but gender,age,and ethnicity have no significant impact.Secondly,in terms of the management status of cooperative organizations,the establishment of relevant cooperative institutions,the existence of strict financial management systems,and surplus distribution have a positive and significant impact on the development of cooperatives.Meeting minutes,regular disclosure of financial status to members,and operational conditions have no significant impact.Thirdly,in terms of the production and operation status of cooperatives,the presence of office space and registered trademarks has a positive and significant impact on the development of cooperatives,while the presence of full-time staff has no significant impact.Fourthly,in terms of external environmental factors of the cooperative,whether the location of the breeding grassland is close to the river,whether there are sufficient alpine grasslands for raising livestock and poultry in the cooperative,whether there are leaders at or above the county level who contact and guide the team,whether there are long-term resident cadres assigned by units at or above the county level who provide guidance in the village,and whether they participate in relevant breeding training organized by the Shigatse Municipal People’s Government,Alternatively,the frequency of investigation and learning in corresponding aid provinces has a positive impact on the development of professional cooperatives for livestock farmers and herdsmen.The altitude of the region has no significant impact.Based on the above empirical results,this paper puts forward policy recommendations from four aspects:(1)Cultivate professional talents and improve the management level of cooperative leaders.(2)We will improve the internal structure of cooperatives and expand the distribution of surplus.(3)Integrate material capital and improve brand influence.(4)We will improve agricultural infrastructure and increase government training.(5)Give full play to the exemplary and leading role of Party members,and increase support for cadres stationed in villages.
