During the sowing process of shellfish seedlings,affected by ocean currents,wind speed and other factors,it is impossible to determine the planting position of shellfish seedlings,affecting shellfish harvesting,resulting in shellfish production reduction,and reducing the revenue of aquaculture enterprises.In order to solve these problems,the implantation point prediction system based on the centrifugal shellfish seeding device was developed in this paper.This paper starts with the analysis of the actual conditions of shellfish seeding operation,determines the main environmental factors affecting the location of shellfish implantation point,and demonstrates the shellfish implantation point prediction system scheme,mainly including the establishment of the theoretical model of shellfish implantation point prediction,data collection,data processing and data visualization scheme demonstration,providing a theoretical research scheme for the development of the implantation point prediction system.The theoretical model of shellfish implantation point prediction was established,and the motion law of shellfish seedling on impeller disk,air and water was analyzed respectively.The motion model of shellfish seedling at each stage was established.The movement trajectory of shellfish seedling and the area of shellfish implantation point were determined by MATLAB software.Completed the system hardware design,selection and construction.The hardware modules and sensors of the measurement modules of water depth,velocity,wind speed and ship speed are selected,and the Arduino data integration and processing module is designed.The data is uploaded to the LAN server,and the real-time data acquisition of the operating environment in the bottom sowing area of shallow sea shellfish is realized.The Web software design of shellfish implantation point prediction system based on Raspberry PI is completed by using browser/server architecture.The design follows the MVC design pattern and consists of three parts: data layer,business layer and application layer.The data layer realizes the original data integration and prediction point calculation;the business layer realizes the interface data reading and resource jump;the application layer realizes the visual page design and data update and display,and realizes the visualization of the environmental data of shellfish seeding operation and the prediction data of implantation point.The system test and experimental study of shellfish implantation point prediction system were completed.By simulating the working environment of shellfish seedling sowing at sea,a data acquisition test platform was built.The test results showed that the system data acquisition error was less than 3.33%,which proved the feasibility of the data acquisition method designed in this paper.By writing test cases,the system software was tested,and each sub-functional module of the system was tested,which verified the feasibility of the software design of the shellfish implantation point prediction system.The Marine operating system test was carried out to obtain the actual environmental data during the operation cycle of shellfish seeding,and by comparing the data of shipborne charters,the acquisition error of Marine data was less than 6.92% and the positioning accuracy was less than 2.5m,which verified the practicability and reliability of the development of the shellfish implantation point prediction system.
