In recent years,along with the rapid developments of multiple technologies,covering computer,automation and sensor,and online-detection technology has also become a key development direction in detecting information around fertilizer-solution components.A series of higher requirements have also been proposed for future achieving online fertilization-status acquisitions in accurate and real-time manner.At the same time,utilizations of fertilizer resources and water resources have also begun to focus on achieving more efficient energy conservations and sustainable developments for purpose of realizing modern agricultures with precise fertilizations.In this paper,in order to realize real-time detections of information around fertilizer-solution compositions during fertilization processes,namely gaining fertilizer type contained in fertilizer solution and its corresponding concentration in this study,by applying different characteristics in output responses of different fertilizer-solutions under specific characteristic excitation signals,as well as combining with computer-related technologies,this paper proposed a feasible way to detect information around fertilizer-solution components based on MATLAB data modeling for realizing a series of effective detections of single or multiple mixed fertilizer-solution-component information.First,the basic theory adopted by the institute is introduced,and get the data,and the test scheme of fertilizer composition information detection is designed,the experimental data obtained is pre-processed under the MATLAB platform,and then the data is fitted with the Smoothing Spline model and Polynomial model in MATLAB to determine the identification strategy of fertilizer component information detection,and the MATLAB_GUI function is used.A fertilizer component information detection model interface is designed.For purpose of verifying the above way in both reliability and practicability,by taking nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer,potash fertilizer and various mixed fertilizer solutions as experimental materials,through a series of the data obtained therein,it turns out that the proposed way to use excitation signal to detect fertilizer-solution-component information can detect feasible component information within mixed fertilizer solution within total maximum error up to more than 7.26%.Comparing with the traditional detection ways,the whole-new way to detect fertilizer-solution-component information by excitation signal can achieve better timeliness and stability.
