Farmland wireless sensor networks(FWSNs)have the characteristics of large-scale,limited energy cost,many nodes and complex topology changes,which put forward high requirements for the balance of network energy consumption and invulnerability.Hierarchical routing protocol has been widely studied and applied in FWSNs because of its high energy utilization,strong scalability of network topology and the application of data fusion technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hierarchical routing algorithm of FWSNs with balanced energy consumption and improved invulnerability.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the research of survivable topology,the hierarchical routing is organically combined with bionic cobweb,the hierarchical clustering model of bionic cobweb is established,the network clustering method and communication protocol are designed,and the correlation mechanism between structural characteristics and network invulnerability and the average residual energy of the whole network is analyzed.It is found that increasing L,m and N and reducing Gcr and Z are conducive to balancing network energy consumption and prolonging network life.The importance of each network model parameter is quantitatively analyzed by statistical method.It is obtained that the order of the influence of network model parameters on the invulnerability of the whole network is Z,N,Gcr,m and L,and the order of the influence on the average residual energy of the whole network is L,Gcr,N,Z and m.Taking the importance of the model parameters as the basis for the optimization calculation of the network model parameters,the network invulnerability and the average residual energy of the whole network are selected as the optimization objectives,and the combination of network parameters is optimized by using the multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-II.The optimized network parameters corresponding to the invulnerability and average residual energy of the whole network are obtained,L’=6,m’=20,Gcr’=4,Z’=4 and N’=1100.Compared with LEACH,HEED,EEUC and MOOAPC,when the dead node is 50%,the number of communication rounds of MOOAPC is 670,which increases by 10.56%,4.36% and 6.35% respectively compared with LEACH,HEED and EEUC.The average residual energy of MOOAPC is 0.2903 J,15.43%,23.53% and 15.02% higher than LEACH,HEED and EEUC.The invulnerability of MOOAPC is 0.013,54.65%,38.54% and 33.00% higher than LEACH,HEED and EEUC.On the basis of optimizing network parameters and improving network performance,a cluster head election method based on invulnerability and residual energy game is proposed.The optimal probability of nodes becoming cluster heads is obtained through the equilibrium game of invulnerability and residual energy.In order to avoid multiple cluster heads in a cluster area,a candidate cluster head advantage function is proposed.In order to balance network energy consumption,nodes with excessive energy consumption are rotated to new clusters,The cluster update mechanism is proposed,and the changes of network invulnerability and average residual energy under random attack,maximum attack and maximum intermediate attack are analyzed.The simulation analysis shows that when the network parameters change,the average residual energy of random attack decreases the slowest,followed by the maximum intermediate attack,and finally the maximum attack;The invulnerability of maximum attack is the highest,the invulnerability of maximum intermediate attack is the second,and the invulnerability of random attack is the lowest.Compared with RPBIA,GEEC,HGTD and EEGC algorithms,when the number of communication rounds is 400,the average residual energy of RPBIA is 8.61%,18.35%and 6.36% higher than that of GEEC,HGTD and EEGC respectively,and the invulnerability of RPBIA is 77.56%,29.45% and 15.90% higher than that of GEEC,HGTD and EEGC respectively.The system carried out field experiments,and obtained the indexes of power consumption,packet loss rate,delay,network invulnerability and average residual energy during the whole network and damage test,which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the cluster head election model based on the game of invulnerability and residual energy.
