Since China is an agricultural country,agricultural production has an irreplaceable role to the economic growth in China.With the continuously improvement of the agricultural economy,the effects of agricultural industry on soil ecological environment has become a difficult problem.On the one hand we need to improve the agricultural economic income,and at the same time to reduce the negative influence of agricultural production on the other.Most previous studies focused on the positive role of the organic fertilizer.However,certain studies also indicated the negative effect that organic fertilizer application brings on soil ecological environment.In this study,by using pot experiment,the author researches the change of the Chinese cabbage quality and purple soil properties when applying six different content of the organic fertilizer.So that it could provide theoretical basis for organic fertilizer content of the purple soil.The results are as follows:1.Impact on the quality of Chinese cabbage(1)With the organic content increasing,the yield of Chinese cabbage is rise first,and then falls.When the organic content is 50 mg/g,the yield of Chinese cabbage is the highest.As the organic content increasing,the water content of Chinese cabbage is falling.(2)With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,the ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,protein content of Chinese cabbage are rising.The growth behaves as follows: protein> nitrate nitrogen> ammonia nitrogen.Chlorophyll content increased with the increase of applying organic fertilizer content.Pigment content is shown as A>B> carotenoid.(3)With the organic content increasing,organic carbon content in Chinese cabbage rise first,and then falls.When the organic content is 25 mg/g,organic carbon content is the highest.The increase of soluble sugar content in Chinese cabbage also shows the tendency of increasing first and then decrease.When the organic content is 10 mg/g,soluble sugar content in the Chinese cabbage is the highest.2.Impact on the soil properties(1)Ammonium nitrogen content: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not,the soil ammonium nitrogen content increases with the increase of applying organic fertilizer content.Ammonium nitrogen content of soil without Chinese cabbage is higher than that of with it.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the extension of incubation time of soil,ammonium nitrogen content decreases first,then increase.The second batch of soil ammonium nitrogen content is the lowest.Soil without Chinese cabbage: ammonium nitrogen content decreases first,then increases,and decreases in the end.The fourth batch of soil ammonium nitrogen content is the lowest.(2)Nitrate-nitrogen content: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not,with the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,NO3--N content increases after reducing.Among which NO3--N content of soil without Chinese cabbage is higher than that of with it.When the organic content is 25 mg/g,NO3--N content of soil is the lowest.The NO3--N content of soil with Chinese cabbage and without Chinese cabbage are 74.28 mg/kg and 63.65 mg/kg.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the extension of incubation time,NO3--N content increases after its decrease.Among them,NO3--N content of the third batch of soil is falling when organic content increases from 100 mg/g for 250 mg/g.Soil without Chinese cabbage: nitrate nitrogen content is increases first and then decrease,NO3--N content of the third batch of soil is the highest.(3)pH value: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,soil pH value is increases.Soil pH gap is smaller between soil without Chinese cabbage and with Chinese cabbage.With the extension of incubation time,soil acid and alkaline increases first and then decrease.But changes are not obvious.Soil pH value is increases when the first to second batch of soil,the second to the third batch is decrease.(4)Total nitrogen content: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,soil total nitrogen content are increases.Soil with Chinese cabbage: the trend of overall performance is increases first and then decrease.Soil without Chinese cabbage: total nitrogen content is declining eventually tend to be stable.(5)Organic matter content: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,soil organic matter content is increases.The change of organic matter of soil without Chinese cabbage is significantly.(6)Acid phosphates activity: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic content,soil acid phosphates activity is increases first,and then decrease.When organic fertilizer content is 25 mg/g,two cases of acid phosphates activity reach the maximum.Acid phosphates activity of soil with Chinese cabbage is 24.71mg/g,and soil without Chinese cabbage is 51.48mg/g.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the increase of applying organic content,acid phosphates activity of the first and the second batch of soil is increase first,and then decrease.The differences of acid phosphates activity between batches soil is obvious.Soil without Chinese cabbage: with the increase of applying organic content,the first and the second batch of soil is increase first,and then decrease.The third batch and the fourth batch is decreasing.The difference of acid phosphates activity between different batches of soil is significantly.(7)Urease activity: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,soil urease activity is decreases first,and then increase.The organic fertilizer content is 25 mg/100 g,two cases of soil urease activity achieves lowest.The urease activity of soil with Chinese cabbage is 6.29 mg/100 g,and the soil without Chinese cabbage is 19.62 mg/100 g.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,soil urease activity is decrease first,and then increase.With the extension of soil incubation time,urease activity is decreases first,and then increase,and the change is obvious.Soil without Chinese cabbage: no obvious difference in the first three batch of soil,the change of fourth batch is significantly.With the extension of soil cultivation time,urease activity is decrease first,and then increase.(8)Catalase activity: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,the soil catalase activity is increases.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the extension of soil incubation time,soil catalase activity of different batches is increases.Soil without Chinese cabbage: soil catalase activity of different batch is increases first,and then decrease.(9)Invertase activity: Whether there are cultivation of Chinese cabbage or not.With the increase of applying organic fertilizer content,the soil invertase activity is increases.Soil with Chinese cabbage: with the extension of soil incubation time,soil invertase activity is increases first,and then decrease.Invertase activity of the culture 80 d soil is highest.A significant difference was found in soil invertase activity.Soil without Chinese cabbage: soil invertase activity is increases first,and then decrease.Invertase activity of the culture 80 d soil is highest.In general,in view of the quality of Chinese cabbage,applying organic fertilizer content should be controlled between 25 to 100 mg/g.For soil properties,applying organic fertilizer content should be controlled between 25 and 50 mg/g.
