High amounts of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer have proved to be an important technology of scientific fertilization.Xinjiang belongs to an arid region,and the soil organic matter content is generally low.Since the amount of organic fertilizer cannot meet the application amount of field crops,agricultural production mainly relies on the application of chemical fertilizers.In order to explore the effective ways of efficient utilization of organic fertilizers and reduction of chemical fertilizers,this study took spring maize in Shaya County,Aksu Prefecture,Xinjiang as the research object,and carried out field experiments.treatment,nitrogen fertilizer dosage was 0,150,225,300,375N kg·hm-2,and by measuring the soil nutrient content,soil enzyme activity,yield,nitrogen absorption and utilization and other indicators in the key growth period of maize,in order to clarify the soil-maize pair application System response to low levels of organic fertilizers.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Effect on soil nutrient content:During the whole growth period of maize,the content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer was increased compared with that of single nitrogen fertilizer treatment.7.19%,12.93%,6.60%,4.47%and0.56%,the difference is not significant due to the small amount of organic fertilizer applied.(2)Effects on soil enzyme activity:During the whole growth period of maize,the soil invertase and catalase activities increased by 8.40%and 7.02%,respectively,in the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer compared with the single nitrogen fertilizer treatment.The effect of soil urease was the most significant during the silking period;the activity of soil urease increased by 44.31%as a whole,and the effect was most significant in the spinning period,and the activity reached its peak when the organic fertilizer was combined with nitrogen fertilizer 225 kg·hm-2,and the soil urease had the most response to organic fertilizer.obvious.(3)Effects on corn biomass and Yield:organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer can significantly promote corn growth and increase corn yield.Among them,the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with pure nitrogen 225 kg·hm-2has the best result.The aboveground biomass at maturity is 35644.49kg·hm-2,which is significantly higher than that of no fertilizer treatment by33.86%and 10.74%than that of no organic fertilizer treatment.The highest yield was 15787.41kg·hm-2,which was 50.57%higher than that of no fertilizer treatment and 13.18%higher than that of equal nitrogen treatment without organic fertilizer.(4)Effects on nitrogen absorption and utilization:organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer can promote the accumulation of nitrogen and the improvement of nitrogen use efficiency in maize.Among them,the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with pure nitrogen225 kg·hm-2is the best,and the nitrogen accumulation is 416.17 kg·hm-2,which is 1.71%~58.57%higher than other fertilization treatments;The nitrogen use efficiency was 44.99%,which was 2.75%~19.04%higher than that of other fertilization treatments.In conclusion,the yield of maize was increased by increasing soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content after the application of appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer and low amount of organic fertilizer.Under the experimental conditions,the treatment of 3000 kg·hm-2organic fertilizer combined with 225 kg·hm-2nitrogen fertilizer was the best,and the results can provide reference for the local maize fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement technology. |
