| Chinese medicine compound preparation "Yan Yan Qing" is composed of Morus alba L.,Cortex Lycii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,and other natural plant drugs,with the effects of "clearing lung,reducing fire,relieving asthma,nourishing Yin and removing steam".Clinically,it is mainly used for the treatment of respiratory diseases.Relevant studies show that "Yan Yan Qing" has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,regulating immunity and other pharmacological effects.In order to expand the scope of clinical use of "Yan Yan Qing" and the need of dosage form reform,according to the drug composition and modern pharmacological research progress of "Yan Yan Qing","Yan Yan Qing" powder was made into "Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid,and the mice "acute inflammation" model was established by intra abdominal injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS).The model mice were divided into model control group,"Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid high(crude drug concentration 200%),medium(crude drug concentration 100%),low(crude drug concentration 50%)dose groups,blank control group,hydrocoroxypine succinate(HCSS)positive drug group.Non-specific immune function(phagocytic capacity of chicken red blood cells,phagocytic carbon clearance capacity,and coefficient of immune organs and organs)was detected by7-14 days of drug treatment.Cellular immune function of mice(spleen lymphocyte transformation ability,spleen lymphocyte E rosette,delayed allergic reaction);Humoral immune function of mice(serum hemolysin count,serum hemolysin content,antibody producing cells,B lymphocyte proliferation response).The results obtained are as follows:(1)Continuous intraperitoneal injection of bacterial lipopolysaccharide LPS 3D,Organic carbon profile and correct index increases,the percentage of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity was increased,spleen index and index of phagocytosis and T lymphocyte proliferation differentiation ability enhancement,the degree of proliferation and activity of delayed-type hypersensitivity,hyperthyroidism,mice serum hemolysin product number and half hemolysis value increases,the antibody cells number and B lymphocyte stimulus index increased.The experimental results showed that LPS induced immune hyperfunction in the process of inflammatory response,and the model of acute inflammation was successfully simulated(clinical manifestations were peritonitis and pneumonia).(2)Non-specific immunization: after continuous administration of "Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid with different concentrations(crude drug concentration,50-200%)for 7-14 d,the carbon profile index and correction index decreased,the percentage and index of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages decreased,and the spleen index decreased.The experimental results show that "Yan Yan Qing" has the same effect as HCSS in inhibiting or decreasing immune response.(3)Cellular immunity,the stimulation index,Et and Ea wreath formation rate and auricle swelling degree were decreased after continuous administration of "Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid with different concentrations(crude drug concentration,50-200%)for 7-14 d.The experimental results showed that "Yan Yan Qing" had similar anti-inflammatory effect to HCSS.(4)Humoral immunity: after continuous administration of "Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid with different concentrations(crude drug concentration,50-200%)for 7-14 d,the serum hemolysin count and half hemolysis value decreased,the number of antibody producing cells and B lymphocyte stimulation index decreased.The experimental results showed that,"Yan Yan Qing" regulates humoral immunity by regulating the level of serum hemolysin.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation "Yan Yan Qing" oral liquid can antagonize or inhibit the immune hyperfunction induced by lipopolysaccharide,and reduce the damage caused by inflammation to the body.The results provide experimental basis for clinical rational drug use. |
