Soilless ecological grass carpets are gaining popularity because of their sustainable production,low soil pollution,light weight,ease of laying and wide range of applications.However,the cultivation technology,preparation process and complete set of technology of soil-less substrate ecological grass carpet are yet to be improved,and the products of soil-less substrate ecological grass carpet in the market are of different quality.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)funded project"Research on the evolution of alkali damage reduction and regulation mechanism of ecological concrete"(52178262),using ecology,botany,engineering,materials science and grey system theory and other related theories.The study focused on the effects of tap water,nutrient solution and root-promoting hormone on the growth indexes(growth rate,density,leaf texture,chlorophyll content and below-ground biomass)of each grass species(broad-leaved barnyardgrass,bermudagrass,tall fescue,ryegrass,vetiver grass,phyllanthus and knotweed),and then combined with the grey system theory correlation analysis to select the suitable grass species for the preparation of soil-less substrate.The combination of grass seeds and cultivation solution was selected for the preparation of the ecological grass carpet.The combination of grass species and cultivation solution was then used to prepare the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet.The influence of the thickness and type of single substrate on the biomass and root to crown ratio of the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet was investigated,the thickness of the cultivation substrate was determined,the influence of the mixed substrate on the characteristics of the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet and the overall quality at the time of planting was investigated,the proportion of the mixed substrate in the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet cultivation substrate was determined,and finally Finally,Ecological Porous Concrete(EPC)with a porosity of 26%,28%and 30%was prepared,and the influence of the porosity of EPC on the rhizome morphology of ecological grass carpets with soil-less substrate was studied.This paper has achieved the following research results.(1)The growth patterns of broad-leaved barnyardgrass,bermudagrass,tall fescue,ryegrass,vetiver,phyllanthus and knotweed under the conditions of tap water,nutrient solution and root-promoting hormone were investigated,which provided a solid theoretical basis for the selection of cultivation solution+grass species for the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet.And based on the consideration of equal-weighted correlation degree and weighted correlation degree indexes of gray system theory,the growth evolution process of various plant grass species under the conditions of tap water,nutrient solution and root-promoting hormone was analyzed,and the deduced results were in good agreement with the actual situation.The combination of root-promoting hormone+tall fescue was found to be suitable for the preparation of soilless substrate ecological grass carpet.(2)The variation pattern of the effect of substrate type and thickness of cultivation substrate on the biomass of ecological grass carpet in soilless substrate was systematically studied.The results of the study showed that the substrate thickness was 3cm for both rice husk ash substrate and coconut coir substrate.(3)After mixing the two cultivation substrates in different proportions,the variation pattern of the effect of the mixed substrates on the characteristics of the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet for pinging and the comprehensive quality at the time of emergence was studied.The results showed that when the volume ratio of rice husk ash substrate to coconut coir substrate was 1:2,it was the most suitable substrate for the cultivation of soilless substrate ecological grass carpet.(4)Calcium superphosphate solution was used to soak EPC to reduce its internal pH to between 7.34 and 8.13 during the test age to meet the environmental requirements for plant growth.The variation patterns of the effects of EPC on the total root length,root surface area,root volume and mean diameter of ecological grass carpets in soilless substrates under different porosity conditions were investigated.The results showed that when the porosity of EPC was 30%,the mechanical properties of EPC could meet the design requirements and the root growth of the soilless substrate ecological grass carpet was good.And the preliminary quality assurance system of the soil-less substrate ecological grass carpet was established. |
