Study On The Influence Of Factor Input On The Growth Of Forestry Economy In Southern Collective Forest Area Since Reform And Opening Up

Collective forest occupies an extremely important position in the national forest resources.Its production and management not only affect the income of local forest farmers,but also provide a strong support for the forestry development and economic growth of the whole country.Since the reform and opening up,the development of forestry in the southern collective forest area has made some progress,but the input of forestry elements needs to be further optimized.In order to promote the sustainable growth of forestry in the southern collective forest area,we should deeply study the trend of factor input and how each factor affects the development of forestry economy.Based on the theory of economic growth and property rights,combined with the relevant data of the southern collective forest area from 1978 to 2021,this paper firstly makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the current situation of the input of forestry factors and forestry output value of the southern collective forest area,and then builds a panel data model.Firstly,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of production factor input on forestry economic growth in the southern collective forest area,then discusses the influence of production factor input on forestry economic growth in different time stages,and then discusses the adjustment effect of collective forest right system reform on the influence of production factor input on forestry economic growth.Finally,according to the research results and the actual situation of the southern collective forest area,Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to the development of forestry.The findings of this paper are as follows:(1)From the empirical analysis results,the impact of labor input on forestry economic growth presents a significant negative correlation,while the impact of capital input,land input and technology input on forestry economic growth presents a significant positive correlation;(2)The result of phased regression is that the forestry labor input in 1987 and before had a significant positive effect on the growth of forestry economy,while capital input,land input and technology input had a negative effect on the growth of forestry economy,but the impact of land input and technology input on the growth of forestry economy was not significant.After 1987,capital input,land input and technology input had a significant positive impact on the growth of forestry economy,and the degree of impact was more and more important,but labor input had a significant negative impact on the growth of forestry economy.(3)The collective forest right system reform played a moderating role in the impact of production factor input on forestry economic growth.Forest reform weakened the negative impact of labor factor input on forestry economic growth,and inhibited the positive impact of land factor input on forestry economic growth to a certain extent.But forest reform does not play a regulating effect on the impact of capital input and technology input on forestry economic growth.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)strengthen skill training to improve the quality of forestry practitioners;(2)Strengthen forestry fund support and improve forestry investment mechanism;(3)Increase the area of forestry land and increase the yield per unit area;(4)Develop forestry according to local conditions and promote the common development of regional forestry;(5)Extend the industrial chain to promote the sustainable growth of forestry economy;(6)Continue to deepen the reform of collective forest rights system to provide guidance for the growth of forestry economy.
