Cultivated land is the guarantee of the stable development of social economy and the foundation of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The conflict between the increasing demand for cultivated land resources and the scarcity of cultivated land resources has existed for a long time.The core of cultivated land utilization is how to optimize the way of cultivated land utilization,seek the way of cultivated land development and improve the supply level of cultivated land utilization.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model,this paper calculates the transformation index of cultivated land use supply and demand from 2000 to 2020.Using the spatial econometric model to explore the driving mechanism of the transformation between supply and demand of cultivated land use.The transformation characteristics of supply and demand of cultivated land use and the main driving factors are integrated to realize the optimization of cultivated land use layout.Further tap the potential of cultivated land production and seek green development path.The results are as follows:(1)The cultivated land use supply transformation index of Hebei Province showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2020.During the study period,the transformation range of arable land use supply in most counties of Hebei Province was positive.Chengde City and Zhangjiakou City in the north have a larger transformation range.The transformation range of arable land utilization supply in the districts and counties around Beijing and Tianjin decreased more.The transformation speed of cultivated land use supply transformation index in the low value area has improved obviously.The River Basin in the southeast of Hebei is the main grain producing area.The transformation speed of cultivated land use supply in this area is low,and the supply level of cultivated land use is stable.(2)The transformation index of cultivated land use demand in Hebei Province was high in the south and low in the north.There is significant correlation between the transformation index of cultivated land use demand and the level of economic and social development.The abrupt change point of cultivated land use demand transformation in Hebei Province was 2010,and the increase rate was the highest from 2005 to 2010,but gradually decreased after 2010.The transformation speed of cultivated land use demand increased first and then decreased.The average transformation speed of cultivated land use demand was the highest from 2005 to 2015,and slightly decreased from 2015 to 2020.The spatial distribution of the transformation velocity of cultivated land use demand was higher in the north and lower in the south.The transformation velocity of cultivated land use demand in the north was faster and the degree of agglomeration was higher,and the transformation velocity of cultivated land use demand in the south showed a discrete distribution.(3)There is a strong correlation between supply and demand transformation of cultivated land use in Hebei Province.There is significant correlation between the transformation of arable land use supply and demand and the driving factors.During the study period,the growth rate of cultivated land use demand transformation index was faster than that of supply,and the dispersion degree of allometric growth coefficient gradually increased.The allometric growth coefficient was lower in northwest Hebei Province,but higher in southeast Hebei Province.The driving factors of arable land use supply and demand transformation are different in Hebei Province.Topographic condition and natural condition are the main influencing factors of arable land use supply transformation.Economic condition and location condition are the main influencing factors of demand transformation of cultivated land use.Topographic conditions affect the transformation of cultivated land use demand to some extent.During the study period,the supply and demand of cultivated land use were negatively correlated with relief degree.(4)Based on the characteristics of the transformation of cultivated land use supply and demand and the main driving factors,the study area was divided into potential improvement area of supply and demand,modern agricultural development area,coordinated development area of supply and demand,cultivated land stable production area and cultivated land ecological conservation area.The supply and demand cooperative development zone is better,and the policy regulation ability is stronger.The potential area of supply and demand is the area where the supply or demand of arable land has significant potential improvement.The core of modern agricultural development is the modern agriculture of scale and industrialization;The ecological conservation area of cultivated land is the core of the improvement of the ecological benefit of cultivated land.The stable production area of cultivated land shall protect the quality of cultivated land,and strictly control the increase and reduction of the peg and the new cultivation of cultivated land,and improve the capacity of cultivated land by improving the farming system.Research on the transformation of cultivated land use based on the perspective of supply and demand.It provides a new way to measure the supply and demand of cultivated land use.It can provide some reference for rational utilization of cultivated land and formulation of protection policy.
