Study On Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of The Competitiveness Of Zhejiang Seawater Aquaculture Industry

With the continuous growth of the global population,the gradual scarcity of marine resources,and the increasingly prominent contradiction between human and land,many countries in the world have formulated fishing regulations and encouraged mariculture.This article takes the mariculture industry in Zhejiang Province as the research object,takes comparative advantage theory,competitive advantage theory,sustainable development theory,etc.as theoretical knowledge,and uses Porter’s "diamond model" and factor analysis method to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the mariculture industry in Zhejiang Province.After consulting a large number of documents and combining the selection of evaluation indicators in the field of competitiveness research by scholars such as Lv Huiping,Huang Wenji,Yuan Bei,and Zang Yanyun,the competitiveness evaluation system for Zhejiang’s mariculture industry was constructed from four perspectives:production factors,market demand,fishery promotion,and government support.Vertically,select various data of seawater aquaculture in Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2020 for comparative analysis,identify advantageous factors,and facilitate effective maintenance and efficient utilization in the future;Horizontally,select Zhejiang Province and ten mariculture producing provinces such as Shandong and Jiangsu,and conduct comparative analysis using data from 2010,2015,and 2020 as samples to further clarify the ranking of the competitiveness of Zhejiang’s mariculture industry in the country,and summarize the current development situation and existing problems of Zhejiang’s mariculture industry,such as the continuous loss of mariculture talents,and the imperfect aquaculture industry chain,The weak refrigeration and deep processing capacity,the decrease in the number of aquatic technology promotion agencies,and the relatively insufficient fishery law enforcement agencies all need to be addressed as soon as possible to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of Zhejiang’s marine aquaculture industry.Based on the actual situation of the development of mariculture in Zhejiang Province,this thesis proposes relevant development strategies: first,reasonably plan the production factors in the field of mariculture,and enhance the production efficiency of mariculture from the perspectives of industrial layout,aquaculture mode,and talent team;Secondly,we will continue to pay attention to customer needs and innovate marketing models for seawater products from the perspectives of brand building,sales channels,and international cooperation and exchange;Thirdly,from the perspective of technological support,by improving the technological strength of aquaculture,continuously improving the level of deep processing,promoting the construction of industry,academia,and research platforms through internet platforms,and leveraging the resource advantages of Zhejiang’s marine aquaculture;Fourth,increase government support to create a good development environment for Zhejiang mariculture industry from the perspective of capital investment system construction,aquaculture industry standard formulation,and emphasis on aquaculture pollution.
