The Influence Of Outsourcing Services On Farmers’ Reduced Dosage Application Behavior

Under the background of labor constraint,the influence of outsourcing service participation and the organization form of outsourcing service on farmers’ drug application behavior has important practical significance to promote the green and sustainable development of agriculture.In this paper,on the basis of the systematic review at home and abroad,guided by the theory of division of labor,transaction cost theory,first of 582 grain crop farmers survey data,empirical test the influence of the outsourcing services and household labor scale of outsourcing services in the relationship between the behavior of regulatory role and farmers,and use the threshold regression model to estimate the optimal household labor operating scale of farmers.The study found that the operation scale of household labor has a negative adjustment effect in the relationship between the outsourcing service and the application of outsourcing service has a single threshold effect.When the operation scale of household service is lower than 3.5 mu,the outsourcing service has a significant positive effect on the amount of pesticide input of farmers.Otherwise,when the operation scale of household labor exceeds the threshold value,the participation of outsourcing service can significantly promote the application behavior of farmers.That is,when crossing the threshold value,with the expansion of the operation scale of household labor,the outsourcing participation of the application link can effectively promote the behavior of farmers to reduce the amount of application.Secondly,based on the remaining survey data of 257 households after excluding the sample data of outsourcing service in the application link,the method of tendency score matching was used to verify the influence of outsourcing service organization of the application link on the application behavior of farmers.The results show that compared with the other three forms of outsourcing service organization,the government-led outsourcing service organization is the most beneficial to promote the reduction of farmers and reduce production.Based on the above research conclusions,the policy suggestions for promoting the green and sustainable agricultural development are put forward.To strengthen the farmers’ awareness of green production and action awareness,To comprehensively and objectively understand the influence and effect of agricultural production outsourcing services on farmers’ drug application behavior;Further improve the market environment of rural land circulation,To promote appropriately scaled business operations,Encourage small farmers to do manual weeding;Build a sound outsourcing service organization system,Strengthen government supervision over the market for agricultural production outsourcing services,And make reasonable price intervention in the outsourcing service market,Create a good outsourcing service market environment;Combining with the development needs of the local agricultural outsourcing service organizations,Encourage farmers to participate in government-led outsourcing services;Focus on developing government-led outsourcing service organizations,By providing certain government subsidies and other benefit policies to the farmers participating in the government outsourcing service organizations,Encourage farmers to participate more in government-led outsourcing services,And encourage government outsourcing service organizations to promote the common development of outsourcing service organizations in the form of enterprises,private enterprises and cooperatives,To play its positive role in promoting reduced dosage application;Further strengthen the cooperation and exchange among agricultural materials enterprises,agricultural technology extension departments,governments,enterprises and cooperatives.
